Doubtful but who knows.
Went on a drive tonight and lane centering was back to working. Got on the highway and bluecruise came on with I think updated graphics. So I'm pretty sure there was a running update that happened that I interrupted on my last drive. Unfortunately I got a flat about 20 seconds after bluecruise came on.

That's very interesting.
My 2023 3.5 GTPE was delivered with BC1.3
Am I safe to assume that the software stack it runs on is pretty much what is being delivered OTA currently?

I have a 2022 F150 with what was designated as BC1.4 at the time I installed it. (FDRS) And that time period coincided with when your BC1.4 was delivered to your EAP Mach-E.

Although I only used my Mach-E BC1.3 a few times during its 90 day trial, I have used the BC1.4 on the F150 extensively over many months.

I never read any reports of BC1.4 being less stable than BC 1.0
But I HAVE heard many complaints from folks who received or installed BC 1.3

I said all that to say that I am paying close attention over on the F150 forum currently, because similar to this forum, suddenly lots of folks are finally receiving BC 1.3
Like you, I just hope if/when Ford "overwrites" my BC1.4 that I end up agreeing with them that it's superior. But part of me is reluctant to to be honest.
I do own an F-150 Lightning 2022 also. BC capabilities but no lane change capabilities. I am on the same boat like everyone else. What these updates will do. So we will all see what we all receive. Hope for an improved experience.

anyone not plugged in when you got the update?
My car was not plugged in when the update was applied. I had just parked and it notified me it was scheduled for the next morning. As I normally do, I rescheduled it to start immediately. And it did.

Well, that sorta answers the question I’ve been asking. Looks like Ford believes production 1.3 is superior to beta 1.4?

I received the EAP email last December telling me I would be getting 1.4. But I didn’t.
Here's what Ford says publicly about the versions:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Bluecruise 1.3 for 2021 Mach-E has arrived BlueCruise version comparison

Of course, we don't know quite where any beta versions might fall in that list of comparisons.

What is not clear to me is if BC 1.3 is updateable to 1.5. When the 2025 MME was being discussed with @Mach-E VLOG, the Ford product guy was saying there have been some hardware changes to the computers.

Received BC 1.3 update last night on my 2021 Job 2 car (in early access). It said the car would be unavailable for 140 minutes, twice the amount other folks had been told. Mine must have the slowest processor among all...Got the update started and walked away. About 80 minute later the survey email from Ford arrived in my inbox. Drove some 40 miles this morning. On a stretch of highway where BC 1.0 would disengage briefly on a handful of curves (which always baffled me because it was able to hold it on a couple of tighter ones), it never asked me to put my hands on the steering wheel. Lane change worked exactly as expected. It has arrived a year later than Ford originally promised, but at least it is here and like everyone else I was offered another year of subscription free of charge when my original three-year subscription came up for renewal. I drive ~30,000 miles per year and use BC often enough that I would be willing to pay for a subscription, if the cost was on par with GM's Super Cruise.

I’ve never doubted that Ford would eventually come through with this, but the many delays, fumbles, and walking back of a commitment to an electric vehicle future have me thinking that I’ll be moving to a different manufacturer as soon as it’s financially viable for me to get rid of my Mach-E. I love the car, and it has actually been a pleasure to own, but Ford has lost the thread. Patiently waiting for 1.3 to happen 18 months after they said we’d get it.
I'm in the same boat. Can't wait to get another EV. I'm very disappointed with @Ford Motor Company as I'm sure others are.

I found this chart of BC version differences as well:

I haven’t driven many miles with BC1.3 yet, but so far, here are my very limited observations…
1. The LC doesn’t seem to be any worse, and it does hold on stronger curves.
2. The turn signal thing in kinda dumb. You have to activate the turn signal to initiate the change - I get that - but then you also have to turn off the true signal after the lane change is complete? That seems… dumb. And it really makes this feel like more of a gimmick than anything else.

Try only going to detent one on the turn stalk, the one that usually only blinks 3 times

Who knows if they will send out 1.5, but the big difference is automatic lane change. 1.3 can already tell you a lane change is possible and can do lane changes…so doesn’t seem like there is anything 1.3 equipped can’t already do.

SO, those of you that have received the 1.3 update, is it EVERYTHING?

(I've sold my Job 1 Mach-e, but happy that y'all finally got it. Strangely, Ford still sent me the email saying I was about to get it.)
