Thank you! I’m assuming now would be a good time to change out the 12v before it’s too late with the low SOC? I have been noticing weird connection issues lately
If you're still in warranty, have the dealership put the battery on the tester to find out.

If you don't want to do that or are out of warranty, you'll get some hints that it's time....and then a surprise when you least expect it, and likely at a very inconvenient time.

Thanks so much I really appreciate it.

Is there any comment on what can be seen?
Does it look like they've made any attempt to update the vehicle?
Is it way behind on updates or does it seem to be on an proper update path at least?
I'm trying to get everything straightend out before the warranty runs out.

VIN: 3FMTK1S59PMA92377
Waymobetta.

Just over 11K miles. No warranty repairs at all. Looks good on paper.

It's actually getting updates and the Sync is current to include the "Public Charging" app that will include where the Tesla Superchargers are located.

Well, unless you want to ping the BEV team with why you aren't getting any OTAs, that would be the only thing I can think of. 800-392-3673. You can call them and ask them to tell you whey you have a GWM (gateway module) update, and an APIM (Sync) and TCU (modem) module updates that would follow the gateway update, but you aren't getting any OTAs, and haven't gotten any in over 60 days. You could also ask them while you're on the phone when you're going to get the updates to the CMR, IPMA, and PSCM modules that would update your car to the latest BlueCruise standard. Again, the issue is you're either not getting sent OTAs, or for some reason the system thinks your car shouldn't get them (server side issue).

You can ask that they open a case with your dealer's service department to look into the issue of not getting OTAs from that end as well.

Hope this helps.

Thanks so much ill take action on this right way.

I've been trying to get the dealership and ford on a path to update the vehicle but keep hitting roadblocks.
I have a ticket open with ford regarding the OTA but I think it's just through some customer satisfaction program or something because I spoke with them and they just said "If the dealership says there are no updates then that's all we can do and have to take the dealership on their word" meanwhile I've been explaining to every person that my last update based on the info I could see was from August of '23....

I've tried my best to keep everything on the client side (12v soc, car locked state, data /wifi signal etc) in order in hopes of getting the updates.

I just got the dreaded “stop safely now” warning. Would anyone be willing to run my VIN to see if there are any active alerts or error codes? Thank you in advance.

Your car doesn't seem to be reporting status to the cloud properly. So not much to go on.

yikes! That doesn’t sound good either. Thank you for checking, Mike!
I don't know if you've ever done this before, but the absolute first thing I would try is disconnecting the negative terminal of the 12V battery for a few minutes, and then reconnecting. There have been issues in the last few months with some cars where the gateway, or another module, get in a state where they essentially get 'stuck' and only a disconnect and reconnect of the 12V battery sorts it out. It involves a 10mm wrench or small ratchet, and removing the frunk's center beauty panel over the battery. Takes about 5 minutes.

23-PU1024-6CH-AUD for the DSP module was the last OTA that the cloud sent to your car, but it was cancelled by the system before being applied. No reason given for that.

Here's the list of available software in FDRS for your VIN:

Your 12V battery is showing a 66% SOC as of the last time your car reported in to the cloud.
