Hi,

could someone check this VIN for me to see if I have any outstanding OTA updates.

WF0TR3R76PMA51400

Thanks in advance for the information
Your last successful OTA was Priority Update 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE on the 7th of Dec.

There are no OTAs in the queue for your car at present. And you have no open 'campaigns' that the dealer would use to update any of the modules below.

Here's the list of available updates showing in FDRS that could be applied if you had the gear and a subscription:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others WF0TR3R76PMA51400-27-Dec-24

The additional updates note at the bottom basically is telling you that if those updates were done in the order shown that additional updates would become available to apply...moving your Sync system forward to a later revision.

The PCM, ABS, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMC are all powertrain updates.

The cruise control updates do have a certain sequence they need to be performed in and that would be the CMR, IPMA/PSCM.

The RGTM update was intended to correct an issue of the hatch not fully opening when the button is pressed.

The OBCC updates (whenever you see on in the list) are intended to enable or adapt your car to DC fast charge at certain charging stations. As an example, the most recent one we received here in NA was to enable our cars to charge at Tesla superchargers.

Let me know if you have questions.

Yea it doesn't seem like it moves over when there are large vehicles.

Any way to escalate this as Dealer doesn't know what to do, beside open a technical ticket with Ford? Will FDRS show anything?
And your Cruise Control settings look something like this?

I bought a '24 MME Premium ER back on 12/2/24. When I activate Blue Cruise, LKA and Adaptive cruise control seems to work fine, but is not able to do Lane Changes when you activate blinker (soft and full activation). In youtube video's I've seen that there are arrows, but I don't see those arrows on my display. I have tried it in middle of night where there are no cars and obstructions just to make sure it isn't the crazy NoVA drivers. I was told by Ford concierge that I have BC 1.3 and it should work, but dealership doesn't know what to do next and opened a ticket with their tech support supposedly.
Your car is being weird.

When I check it for DTCs I get this warning banner that pops up before viewing whatever the daily DTCs are:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK3SU5RMA20887-27-Dec-24VHAWarn

Which is complete BS because the car is actually reporting it's status (DTCs, etc.) daily by the look of it.

You did have some OTAs show up in the last month and I'd bet that one of them left the car in a state where all of this nonsense started. Assuming you haven't made any changes to your FordPass account or anything else.

If you have a 10mm socket and ratchet or a 10mm wrench I'd pop off the center rear beauty panel in the frunk area and loosen the negative terminal on the battery, pull that cable off the terminal and leave it for 5 minutes, and then reconnect it, tighten, put the panel back on and give it a go. You want to do this when the temps are not really really cold. Plastic is brittle when cold.

Good idea, because I don't anything preventing BC from working.

Hi all -

My wife's Mach-e hasn't seen an update for a number of months. Can anyone run this VIN and let me know if there are any issues? Still on BC 1.0 - which is quite annoying. My 2022 Lightning is being updated almost once a month. Just used FORScan to enable BC 1.2 on the Lightning a few weeks ago and have the 10.1 update now.

Vehicle: 2021 FORD MUSTANG MACH-E

The car is a bit behind on cruise-control related updates. A couple of which have already been sent out as OTAs to other '21 model cars (CCM, CMR specifically).

Here's the list of available updates showing in FDRS:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK3SU1MMA65771-27-Dec-24

If you were to do these yourself you'd want to start the cruise control related updates with the CCM, then the CMR, then the IPMA/PSCM combo (those two are scripted to be done together). If you do currently have a connected services subscription for BlueCruise, I'd call the Ford BEV team at 800-392-3673 and ask them why you are paying for a BlueCruise Hands-Free subscription but have not been sent the updates as an OTA, nor have you been offered the option to have those updates programmed at the dealership.

Hi,

I have a UK car RWD ER, been stuck for months after something like a body control update part 1, wondering if it should be getting more updates.

99% of the DTCs your car has recorded all start with "U". That means your car is experiencing a large number of errors due to problems with the car's network. Most of these errors seem to clear, and then a different module will report a loss of communication on the network the next time an event happens. The error you got yesterday probably cleared this morning right?

There's nothing in the OTA queue right now, and you haven't had an OTA in the last 60 days.

Here's the list of available software updates in FDRS as of this morning:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others WF0TR1R70NMA37445-28-Dec-24

It's possible that getting the powertrain modules updated along with the CMR, IPMA and PSCM might move things along a bit so newer updates show up. But that's not conclusive.

The codes indicate that there may have been some battery cell imbalance(s) (P0B4A:00, P0B4F:00) detected by the BECM and that caused the SOBDMC to set the P1A10:00 DTC. If the codes are cleared and don't return then it was an anomaly likely caused by a low 12V battery issue.

While on that topic, I should note that the last time your car reported in, it said the 12V battery was at 55% SOC. And further the car reports that on the 23rd a DTC was set that indicates that when the demand was made for the high voltage to low voltage (12V) energy transfer, the charge was too low or the power limit prevented it.

So two suggestions were made. The first was to make sure the HV battery is charged back up, and the second is to make sure that the 12V battery terminal connections are clean and tight.
