I looked the recall on your car, and I find 3 recall about your car, you may need take your car to dealer to do those recallIf anyone has time, it would be awesome if you could check my vin: 3FMTK3SU3MMA28012
Do you have FORScan? If so, I would check these settings. Here, your car shows a 3 so PACR is off. I would change that from a 3 to B and reboot the APIM to see if that brings the lines back. I am not sure what those lines are called, but it won't hurt to try. Also, another thing I noticed. On reverse camera the lines of when you turn wheels to show which direction doesn’t show.

The other thing you can try is in the IPMA below. Right now, you show a 1 there, so line based parking is disabled. You can try changing that 1 to a 9, write and reboot the IPMA and see if the parking lines come up.

These are guesses, but educated guesses. If it doesn't give you the result you're looking for, just change it back and no harm done.
If you prefer to take that route, yes you can try with them. Thanks!
If I do not, do I just need to go to the dealership?
Any chance you could check and see if there are any OTA updates pending.I looked the recall on your car, and I find 3 recall about your car, you may need take your car to dealer to do those recall
Right now, all you have is a lost communications network error between your frunk module and the gateway, which is minor and may be related to work they are doing in that area. The P0ADA has been cleared. I do see that your 12V battery is only reporting 60% SOC (the last time it reported in). I'm always suspicious of unexplainable DTCs that pop up and then go away again. A lot seem to be related to the 12V battery condition or connections. Just a thought. However, if they wanted to try doing some updates to see if they help the situation, there's always the gateway update in this list that they could apply.Having an ongoing issue, would like to see what shows up for my vehicle:

You have no OTA history at all, it's been so long since you had one.Any chance you could check and see if there are any OTA updates pending.

Your friend needs to check tire pressures as well. One of them is nearly 10psi low.
