The last reported 12V battery SOC was 60%....not sure when that was exactly though, due to this:

Your car received an activation trigger for a gateway update (OTA ECG-24.2.4.10) back on the 2nd of January, that it has not applied yet. That trigger expires on the 16th of Jan. You should go out to the car and while on a drive select the Check Updates button at a stoplight or when you're parked after driving for a few minutes to recharge the 12V battery, and then see if it will let you "Update Now" when you park. It's not a very large update data-wise. And is not an update that is an "inhibit" update.

You do also have some updates indicated in FDRS that would follow-on after the gateway OTA (eventually, not sure when) for the APIM (Sync) and then the TCU.

Thank you, those dates match up. I picked up the car on 12/10 and it came with a low 12v battery. I’ve put 1000 miles on it over the last month and have kept it plugged in when home. I got an L2 charger installed on 12/27 so i was waiting to see if that fixed it. Had to drop it off on the morning of 1/2 for the ppf wrapping. Hopefully back today. I’ll try to take a look on my way home today. Most likely won’t be able to apply the pending update until I get home. Knew I should have just remained patient, funny something finally pushed through the day I left it for a few days. Appreciate you taking a look.

There's a program called FORSCAN that can be used to tweak asbuilt settings for things like this. It's likely your car's radio (ACM module) was set to US band standards and it might simply need to have the regional settings changed to Israel (change country code in other words). I have no experience doing this personally, but I'm pretty sure it's possible and may only take a few minutes.

Here's an example of the asbuilt value selections for the ACM module to give you an idea:

It's the ACM module you want to look up.

Need an OBD device like the OBDLink MX+ or possibly the OBDLink EX to use with the laptop running FORSCAN.

It's got 6.2.1 'not complete' for around a week. I was wondering if it had attempted again since the 3rd or if theres anything more I can do?

Also is the build date available? I think it's a J1 21 but then it doesn't have the door sticker for me to verify. I bought it used.

Sems like the OTA had trouble installing one of the files and it failed. It has not been resent yet. Nothing you did wrong or could have done different.....it happens. Just gotta wait for it to be resent.

Window sticker is attached. It is showing some blank areas since it was built for the UK, but you can at least the options it was built with.

I woke up and took the car off the charger (outside in NE PA cold) and when I went to start it got the Power Steering Assistance Fault Warning of the dash and no the car has no power steering. I have tried to restart it for several days but the situation stays. Any thoughts?

Your actual build date according to FDRS is 8 Mar '21...so yes it is a J1 build.

You have two open "recalls" (FSAs) one is for the replacement of the HVJB (23S56), (surprised that hasn't happened by now and they sold it to you like that) and the other is for a reprogram of the powertrain modules (24B42) to address a concern with the car unexpectedly dropping out of 1PD mode (if you use that). Both of those updates would reprogram the powertrain modules as part of the repair process.

You've got other alerts as well, for the restraints module, the tire pressure system, DC fast charging disabled...

I think it's time for a visit to the dealer.
