Joe, you have no OTAs in the queue. Your last OTA was 6.14.0 on the 17th of Dec. for the APIM.

Here's the list of available software updates for your VIN in FDRS:

I have a 2022 GTPE.
Please check my VIN:

3FMTK4SX2NMA64551

I received the following messages:
- Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power
- Electric Powertrain Fault

Electrical system fault detected.
Your vehicle mayshut down without further warning

Stop your vehicle as soon as safely possible, shift to park (P), switch your vehicle off, and attempt to restart it. If the fault remains, contact an authorized dealer as soon as possible.

I was able to drive to an EV certified dealership.

Thank you

HVJB negative contactor stuck closed.

Will likely be a new HVJB installed.

They should offer a loaner.

In addition, your 12V battery is reporting only 44% SOC but is at 15.3V (Likely the car is plugged in?) Which is not great.

It is possible that following the SSMs they may try resetting your BECM counter first and dealing with the 12V battery issue and if that sorts it all out a HVJB may not need to be replaced...we will have to see where the diagnostics take them.

How is the 12V battery condition look, I just replaced it last week and wonder if the car relearned properly after I did the BMS reset.

The list of software, does that mean I should schedule a dealer appointment to get the software installed?

Thanks

My ‘24 Premium eAWD Extended has been sitting at my dealer for a month and one day now. Got the dreaded alerts while driving and dropped it off the next day. They are saying it is the HVBJB with absolutely no eta in sight.
Wondering if you’d be able to run the VIN and see what it says:
3FMTK3SU9RMA25283

Thank you in advance.

91% SOC at 14.V so that's fine.

Dealer service won't do any of these updates without a reason because Ford won't pay them. So if you had a 'customer concern' or a fault that required one or more of those updates to be performed they'd get done. Otherwise you're just waiting for the OTA fairy or you're looking on Ebay for a good used Mongoose+ Ford adapter and a powersupply to do these updates yourself...

This is the fourth P0ADA fault I've seen this week on 2023 and newer vehicles.

Your car last reported to the cloud on the 16th of Dec.

The only time anybody connected to the car with FDRS was on the 16th of Dec. as well:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK3SU9RMA25283-17-Jan-25

Those two entries on the 18th of Dec and again today were simply somebody looking up the VIN in PTS. (Today's entry was me looking it up).

It looks like the 12V battery is dead at this point, and you'd have to call the dealer service department to find out what the plan is. Cause there's no way of knowing what they've decided to do or if they're waiting for Ford to respond to some question the tech has asked....etc. Dunno. Kind of jacked up that they've left you hanging like this.

As of this point, the blockage remains at (in so many words) “this part is on indefinite back order and we have no eta. Could be weeks, could be months.”
I have started the buy back process to see what options they will offer me.

Hello and Greetings from Texas,

Would someone kindly be able to look up my 2023 GT PE and see if they see any issues? This morning, for the second time this week, I received a yellow "Service Vehicle Soon" message, and FordPass reported a "Powertrain/AWD or 4X4 error." The first was this past Tuesday, and it cleared itself out, but it happened again today. I am NOT getting any other errors, and while FordPass does indicate a power reduction, I have not actually noticed anything.

My VIN: 3FMTKXXXXXXXXXXXX - blanked out

Thanks!

They haven't done maintenance for the past two Sundays that I'm aware of. I always managed to get straight on and stay on uninterrupted all day.

That doesn't mean that they won't be doing something this Sunday though. There aren't any notices to that effect in the system either way.

Looks like something to do with a funky gearshift knob.

This is your code with the diagnostics;

In the past the gearshift knob wouldn't shift out of park, but that hasn't happened in awhile. Just had it in for the 10K mile maintenance about 10 days ago, and then this happened LOL. I appreciate the assistance.

some advice from your side, what to update first?
PCM which will script all the powertrain updates, then clear and retest for DTCs, then 'quickies' like the HVAC, DSM, DSP, RFA, BCM.

Then the IPMA will take 2.5hrs by itself, and is scripted to update the PSCM after that (5 minutes).

When doing the BCM if you are asked if you want to train the TPMS system, say "No". You don't need to do that if you haven't rotated the tires while doing the update ? so just skip it and your tire pressures will show properly anyway.
