Are you having any issues with the car?
Thanks. No issues, but it is about to go into a body shop after getting rear ended (three weeks after I bought it!) so figured I’d see what else might need to be done while repairs are on my mind.

I ran it but all of the DTCs are historical and not currently active. You do show BECM and SOBDM DTCs. Are you talking about DC fast charging at those temps or is this at home?
Thanks so much Mike! The BECM has been replaced however dealer is waiting for the battery array to be delivered; battery currently dropped out of vehicle. Charging was at home - level 2 (24 amps). Had charged overnight to 90%; I got a charge fault in the morning after using app to charge to 100%. What is the SOBDM DTC?

Not according to the workshop manual...but different shops have different lifts. There are a very wide variety of lifts that shops use, and they may need to remove the wheels in order to drop the battery pack with whatever lift they're using.
It's fixed. The HVJB was replaced.
Could you please check for any remaining updates?

Well aside from recovering from the shock of the possibility of replacing the HVJB on a '24 model with 1800 miles on it, they seem to have done some pinpoint tests on the 16th and...that's it...nothing. I don't know if they've contacted the helpline and are waiting for an answer back, or what they're doing. The tech doing the pinpoint tests when asked specifics about whether he's now getting certain codes has said "No" in the diagnostics steps. So that was the last thing recorded in the system. Did they actually tell you they were going to replace the HVJB? If so, it would not surprise me if they were getting some pushback due to MY of the car and low miles.

Short version is the SOBDM (AKA BCCM) works with the BECM when charging the high voltage battery system. So it's not surprising to have an error on both the SOBDM and BECM when experiencing a charging fault.

Hey,

anyone with FDRS access, can you check if this pulls any info:

WF0TK3SS4MMA53242

I'm missing trunk and frunk controls from Sync4 and local dealer claims there are no missing updates.

Oh, you're missing more than that, my friend.

You did get an OTA for the APIM on the 14th of January......but when you see the list of "Additional Updates" shown at the bottom of the software page that shows just how far behind your car is it kind of makes you wonder whether your car is just not getting OTAs properly or Ford isn't sending them...because every one of the updates for the GWM, APIM, and TCU shown in that list at the bottom..should have come as an OTA. All of them. So I would contact Ford EU and your servicing dealer and tell them you want to know why you haven't gotten all those updates at the bottom of this list and what they're going to do to fix the problem.

If you have a second, is there anything for WF0TR3SU0MMA19392 and I'll grab a license and update.

Would a US license be ok to use in the UK? I think the longer term ones are cheaper.

Thanks Mike, really appreciate it. Sounds, then, hopeful that replacing the LVB, the BECM, and the battery array with the faulty cell should have things working right again...

You have an ACM update (radio) that I doubt is worth the time or money to update. If your radio is working, then I'd skip it until you had more stuff to do with FDRS to make it worth your while.

Can someone look up my 2021 Mach-e,
VIN 3FMTK3R7XMMA08985

Getting a power train fault message and unable to charge at EA or Tesla. I can charge at the Ford dealership, but I lose over 25% of range after 30 minutes of driving. Had many software updates recently before this issue began this week. Being towed to Ford dealership.

Thanks, Richard.

This is the issue the DTC reports and the TSB that it links to.

Thanks!

I think I sent that one back to them as a case because it was faded. I’ll wait until next week and hopefully get a few more.
