Thank you
Hmm.That's interesting.
I don't have Youtube on my device (not that I want to use it)
Maybe even my Sync version is not the right one?
23291

Otherwise, can any OTAs still come in?
(In principle yes, because there was an example 2 days ago)
Some features may not be available in all markets. If you know that other owners there in Hungary have the YouTube function on thier Sync in the Entertainment section, you can call Ford EU and ask them why you don't have it, and if it is available.

That being said, would the DTC on either module indicate HVBJB problem? Dealer believes (and I guess Ford persuaded as they approved the warranty claim) problem is faulty battery cell, so new battery array on order, waiting for delivery. But I do see reports that even SR batteries of 2021 vintage are experiencing HVBJB failures this winter.
The BECM monitors the cell voltage balance and temps and if something is potentially heading in the wrong direction, your car will notify Ford directly to the cloud that there's a problem. They don't want a cell imbalance issue to result in a fire. So it's an early warning system that tells Ford there's problem and even which cell it is (or multiples) and orders replacement kits to send to your servicing dealer on record.

Would not be a HVJB issue I don't think....but battery pack, yes. You can certainly ask them about the HVJB but since it's an SR...I don't know whether Ford will spring for a new one or not, until it causes a fault and quits.

Thanks Mike. So, some similar symptoms in terms of charge fault and SSN but altogether different from HVBJB failure?

This is the issue the DTC reports and the TSB that it links to.
Mike G.,

Thank you for the quick response. Technically speaking, you hit the nail on the head. I will follow-up with my local Ford service department.

FDRS arranged them in a slightly different order than last week, but the result is still the same:

Is the shown order sequence relevant for the update, or just a matter of chance?
Seems to be a matter of chance. I see this all the time. I check a VIN one day and check the same VIN the next day, and the same modules are in a slightly different order for some reason. I have asked up the chain (Bosch helpdesk) several times about why this happens and nobody seems to know.

Which makes it even more important to know which modules to update first before updating others ? Because FDRS really doesn't tell you. Apparently it's a *secret* that requires specialized training and a decoder ring.

Your LV battery reports a 62% SOC at 13V.

Not sure why you aren't being sent OTAs. You paid for the BC subscription but haven't gotten the IPMA/PSCM update that enables BC 1.3. I'd call Ford about that and ask if they can do that during your upcoming maintenance visit. 800-392-3673

Here's the list of available software in FDRS for your VIN:

I'm waiting for FordPass to resolve a "back end" issue that is stopping me from getting BlueCruise, but would like to know if anything in the car might be hampering the process.

Thanks in advance!

I don't see anything that stands out. Here's the list of available software showing in FDRS for this VIN:

I guess they told you about charging your car to 100% every now and then to keep the range estimates accurate....LFP battery thing.

You have no outstanding field service actions (FSA) requiring a dealer service visit.
