Probably a stupid question but I bought my 2021 Premium a few weeks ago from a Mazda dealer. The car wasn't advertised as an extended range. I didn't know anything about these cars in that aspect when I bought it. When I got home, I noticed the badges said Mach-E X and I said to my buddy "I wonder what that means".
When I was swapping my insurance over that night, State Farm popped it up as a Premium Extended Range model. I Googled how to tell and it said the X badge is extended range. I got pretty excited about that because the dealer sold it as a standard range.
If I look the VIN up online using a VIN decoder, it shows the better capacity as 70 kWh Capacity. I'm just trying to verify for sure what I have. It's a one previous owner car and I don't suspect they changed the badges but I'm just curious at this point.
Any help would be appreciated!
