You aren't doing too badly, actually.

You got the APIM update (6.14) in early January and you have only a few available updates in FDRS. And since you have a '21 model, getting the IPMA and PSCM updated, although helpful, won't enable BlueCruise Hands-Free operation there in the UK because of Ford policy (or whatever other bureaucratic restrictions are in place).

Thank you very much, strangely it was sold to me as a 22 model, registered on a 72 plate. Is this normal?

Your Sync revision is from 31 Jan 2023. Unless there's a gateway update that hasn't shown up for your car yet I don't know what else could be keeping the updates from showing up.
Thanks.

There were some DTC's active for the rear camera (and a couple others I don't recall offhand) before I started. I wonder if those were keeping me from receiving any updates. I did clear them after I was done. Maybe it's a wait and see now?

It's more appropriate to say it's one of the last '21 models. And as far as the plate goes...we don't do the reg the same way you all do there....our plates are not permanent to the car and aren't tied to a model year date range. I am familiar with that concept based on my experience with my Irish relatives and how it's done there. You most definitely bought a '21 model car, not a '22.

Hello, would someone please be kind enough to do an FDRS update check for me?

My dealer apparently updated a few modules.

I haven't received any OTA updates since October. Are there any updates in the queue?

VIN: WF0TK3SS2PMA08398

thank you! :)
Your service tech updated the DSP on the 7th. That's it. Took 4 minutes.

Here's the list of still available software for your car:

Looks like you have a failed TPMS sensor, this is likely also causing the 12V battery to drain. Battery voltage is very low at only 10.0V. 12V battery is at about 60% health so it's about time to replace it.

You also have a failed front camera heating element. This could be causing camera to be blocked by snow or ice causing a blocked camera and collision assist unavailable error messages.

Suggest fixing the failed TPMS sensor, getting the IPMA camera defrost fixed (which might mean windshield replacement), and replacing your 12V battery.
I was able to speak with the Service Advisor at the dealership today and he informed me that there seems to be a leak in the HVB system. Said it's not the battery but something in the system itself. I'm not sure what that means but they don't have the tools to run further diagnostics. Hopefully they will get the tools next week or the week after.

Not very comforting!

Yes I see that now. I wish you had mentioned it was at the dealer already. It could be a damaged high voltage cable or component. They did not continue troubleshooting the isolation fault, they only need a simple ohm meter which any decent shop will have on hand.

Your BCM (Body Controller) is reporting a high key-off load on the 12V system as if something was left plugged in that's draining the 12V battery. This has been reported over several days.

To go along with that, your BECM module is reporting that due to an issue (quite possibly related to the 12V problem) the BECM has disabled the high voltage contactors from closing. Again, this all could be caused by whatever the 12V battery issue is.

If you're out driving the car right now, I assume the condition has cleared?

Thank you for checking. I also had received a notification from the ford pass app which said the voltage was low on the 12 v battery. I always have a cord plugged in for my phone since the wireless pad does charge my phone very well. I unplugged it last night and didn’t seem to have an issue this morning.
It’s kind of odd since I have always left a cable plugged in. Maybe it’s an issue with the cable or maybe it made contact with something and cause it to pull power from the battery.

Thanks.
