I bought the car on January 2nd, 2025. I have not seen any updates, but I see lots of posts about different software versions. I was curious if I had the latests releases.

Specifically I see talk about being able to set an actual temperature from the APP climate controls, however I only see medium, high or Low.
Are we talking about the FordPass app on your phone?

Cause there's a separate beta test that some users are using with features that the mainstream version of the app doesn't have yet. That may be one of those features.

Or are we talking about something in the car itself?

In any event, you haven't been sent any OTAs (like virtually all other '24 models out there), and this is the list of available software updates showing in FDRS for this VIN (also aligns with the majority of '24 models I've looked up this week):

Car is reporting an issue with the integrity of the wiring (disconnected?) on the IPMA windshield mounted camera heater (up behind the mirror). Which would affect the collision avoidance system function. This may have occurred when the windshield recall was performed.

Here's the list of available software updates in FDRS for this VIN:

Thank you. I’ll get the dealership to look into this before I get the car.

Appreciate the help... Am I to interpret the software update results as anything urgent, or just ask them to update at next service interval? I did a 10K mile service a month ago, but apparently they didn't install these available updates. Car is functioning fine, otherwise.... Thanks!

Unless you're having an issue with something that one of those updates would remedy, then it's nothing to worry about.

Suggest calling the service advisor and telling them that you have one of the following concerns...(you do have the DTC that goes with these issues):
- Front Camera Fault Service Required message
- Pre-Collision Assist Not Available message
- Reverse Brake Assist Not Available message
- Lane-Keeping System Fault Service Required message
- Collision Warning Not Available message
- Check Front Park Aid message
- Check Rear Park Aid message
- Blind Spot System Fault message
- Adaptive cruise control inoperative
- Auto high beams inoperative
- Traffic sign recognition inoperative
- DTC U3000:49, U3000:89, U2107:68, C1001:54 and/or C1001:78

If it all works out that should get your CMR and IPMA/PSCM updated. Things may start moving again after that.

Hi again Mike,
Finally got my car in for service and replaced the 12v. Better safe than sorry.
Advisor said warnings may have been triggered by the 12 volt battery going to a sleep mode due to age.
technician reported:
Scanned for DTCs,nothing relevant to concern, no TSB or SSM for concern, nothing in dash for warnings, no current OTA updates available for this vehicle, all relevant modules to receive OTA updates are up to date.
Customer to monitor.

Mike, can you please check what they actually did?
thanks.

No module updates were performed. It looks like the tech was just checking things.

Anything for FDRS?: WF0TR3SU0MMA19392

They finally cleared my recalls, however the brake CSP, I think I've applied it haha - so I'm unsure how that will work.
