Not completed means the OTA failed for some reason or another. If you are seeing that, the OTA trigger is no longer active for your vehicle. There is nothing you can do now but wait for it to be resent.

P061A code for torque monitoring performance in the rear motor. This is most likely a glitch. I recommend getting the powertrain software updated at your dealer with TSB 21-2244.

Your 12V status is 85% charged, and health is about 63%, so time to replace soon.

Your 12V battery is reporting it's at 15.1 volts (while car is charging maybe? Or while being driven?) but the state of charge is only at 76%. So either the battery is an old one or you need to do the BMS learned values reset steps. Takes like 10 seconds.

OTAs (if you were scheduled to get one) wouldn't process with a SOC that low.

Here's the list of available software updates for your car today in FDRS:

BMS LV Reset:
Without pressing the brake pedal, press the start button to put the vehicle in Accessory mode.

With your foot off the brake, flash the high beams with the stalk 5 times, and then depress and release the brake pedal 3 times, and observe the small red battery icon in the instrument cluster flash three times to acknowledge.

Press the start button to shut the vehicle off.

Start the vehicle and go out for a drive to completely charge the battery up.

Look up some Bluetooth battery monitors on ebay or Amazon. Easy install and you can check it from an app on your phone.

Thanks for that. I guess I should give it a couple of weeks and then maybe enquire further with my dealer. They have been good at updates in the past.

There is a tool routine in FDRS called Read the Configuration Data that will read the car's configuration and restore the data to the cloud.
So I was at the dealer today, they wouldn't clear this without possibly spending several hours at full Shop rate, so several hundred dollars to clear the data blocks like you mentioned.... Not something I can afford, I may also consider buying an extended service plan or warranty and I'm wondering if this would then be covered later

Reading the config for a module with FDRS takes seconds; not hours.

And by the way, this does not always work. Particularly with the newer versions of FDRS. I've read the config on certain modules in my truck many times to get the data to sync up to the mothership, and Ford still shows different config than what my truck actually has.
