Hmmm. Went to hand car wash today (probably a coincidence) and when I got into car I had Service Vehicle Soon message and 1 pedal drive fault. Car was in Turtle mode. Pulled over and power cycled. SVS message remained but I at least had normal power again. Did a few more power cycles when I got home but SVS message remains.

Any clues as to what is happening? HVBJB?

Not the HVJB. Got several errors for the motors. But they seem to have cleared (but are still shown as previous faults). One of the diag routines suggests it may be related to a previously low 12V battery condition. If the SVS stays there you'll have to have a tech clear the error. It could be in a connector or wiring. I've seen this before for other folks I've checked but don't know what the outcome was after they took it in the dealer for service.

So I’m preparing to get a setup going to update some of these myself. Without knowing What specific issues these address, are there ones that are known to be important or a good idea to install? I’ve read where folks are saying it’s not recommended to install any unless you’re having some related issue. So I’m debating which to update. Thanks again

All of them enhance functions or correct deficiencies. I don't know where you're reading that some of these shouldn't be installed, but whoever wrote that likely wears a tinfoil hat.

Dealers service advisors and techs/mechanics tell people that to dissuade them from getting updates done. In the case of the Mach-E, every update I've seen so far brought something positive to the table.

As always thanks Mike! The SVS went away after more power cycles. Don’t think my LVB has ever gotten too low. I’m a newbie learning about CarScanner. LVB is usually around 75 to 85% when I check. I’ll post back if the SVS returns and I visit dealer.

OTA ECG-24.2.5.6.3 (GWM) was cancelled by the cloud without explanation on the 25th of January. So in the list below, and in the Additional Updates section you can see that the GWM update is what's holding up progress.
