Well, you should have Sync 4A since it’s for portrait oriented displays where Sync 4 is for landscape oriented displays. Ford just shortens the name to Sync 4 for the MME. ??

Oh dear.

You have GVMS warnings on all your powertrain modules and the TSB associated with the powertrain error you received

indicates you need a new HVJB.

Hi everyone. Just got our 3 year old MME Extended AWD - been into dealer for a load of items - but getting told software is up to date but I think it’s way stuck on old one - 4.0 or something.

I did not. Everything seemed fine yesterday when i picked it up and all updates look to be working.

I'll set up a date later in the month. I'd like to drive and enjoy the car for a bit. It's been at the dealer longer than in my garage.

Could this be an issue with the doors not being responsive at times to the button? I get that and sometimes Android Auto wireless connection issues.

I have WiFi on, the system updates as it needs to.

We need the experts in here to confirm on the updates. I’m still stuck in the ancient ‘21 technology.

If the car is driving and driving well then that’s the key thing.
The updates are part of a mystical Ford process as you will read but they do come.

Do you connect it to your home WiFi as well? Yeah, I’d like to hear from the experts in here how we could get these updates pushed. I saw I hadn’t had an update since June 2024.
