Looks great! Now I want to see it parked next to an Infinite Blue for comparison. I've only seen 1 other one here in MN but there are probably a bunch in the Bay Area.

Thanks for posting. This is the first true color photo I have seen - all I really knew was the Ford website picture was not accurate. We ordered our Vapor Blue in Sept. Dealer called yesterday and said he had a white California for sale. Since it was a 2022 it was a great deal - only a hair more than my Premium. Seeing your photo I am so glad I turned him down.
Honestly the photos don't do it justice. It looks more amazing in person, even with some dirt on it from a bit of rain and the 100 mile drive home from San Antonio.

You will not be disappointed when you get it!

I am so happy to finally see this color in a non-rendered image!! I was hoping that it would look the same as what they unveiled on the 2024 Mustang GT.

I didn’t order till the end of OCT so it will be a while before I get mine but I have the exact same spec as yours.

So excited, congrats!!

I believe it’s a GTPE, so different wheels if you got a GT.
Yes, sorry I meant GT PE, which I have on order too. ;)

I picked up my 2023 Premium EAWD in Vapor Blue Metallic last night and thought I'd share some pics
Thanks again for sharing the pics, it looks amazing. It was between Grabber Blue and Vapor Blue for me when I placed my order a few weeks back. Glad I went with the latter!

@Warp Asylum you are giving me hope that my car might be here before the end of the year. Mine built today, shipping to San Antonio.

Did I read correct that yours was built 11/17 and delivered 12/3? So about 17 days from build to delivery? If that holds for mine, it could be here in a couple of weeks. Would be great to get that full tax credit!

It was ordered through the dealer on 8/30, originally scheduled for build week 11/7 which pushed to 11/14 and then 11/21. Apparently that was pulled back in as it was built 11/17 and arrived at the dealer on 11/29. They said they could have it ready on 11/30, but San Antonio is almost a 2 hour drive for me and I had Friday off anyway (thanks Arm!) so we picked it up Friday, 12/2.

Only 12 days from built to arrival at the dealer is crazy, but I'm not complaining! Hopefully all San Antonio area cars will be just as fast. :)

Edit:
Also my original delivery window was 12/12 - 12/18, so it was about 2 weeks early.

You were certainly correct, one of those colors that is so dependent on the ambient lighting. Darker in low light, lighter in brighter light. Can't wait for mine to show up. I plan to make it matte with a wrap in Xpel Stealth.
Are you getting matte for matte’s sake, or do you think it will affect the color a bit?

Looks awesome! I loved Infinite Blue, I loved Iced Blue Silver enough to buy one, and this color is also beautiful. I wonder what next year’s blue will be 🤣

Bronco is azure grey and MME is Vapor blue. They sure look similar. Mind you pictures can be deceiving.

More for the effect and hoping that the color still retains its chameleon character. I’m sure the wrap will affect it some. But my wife and son love the matte look so there you go.

Please post pics (maybe here) when you get the matte wrap. I have this color on the way and am various curious how it will look. I was going to get the front clear wrapped anyway for protection, but adding matt wrap over the entire car would only be a little more (well probably a lot more but still...). I want to do it right the first time.

Yeah, I'll definitely post some photos. It doesn't seem like too many people on the forum have done the matte look. Of course, with this being a new color, probably no one will have it done before I take the plunge. Some people hold the opinion that the matte look doesn't look as good on lighter colors, but I have seen plenty of white and grey Teslas with the effect and I think it looks sharp.

Edit: I would add that my car is the Nite Pony version, so I think the blacked-out look will gel more with the matte look. If I had the regular GTPE wheels, I probably wouldn't have been as keen to do it. Just my opinion.

Where in MN are you? I'll be picking up my Vapor Blue in Eden Prairie on Tuesday afternoon.
