I got some information by Chat on the Ford.com account - Blue Note has reached Laredo and my delivery timing is still holding for the week of June 19th! I'm happy! :)?:)?:)?

Batch 6074 49/305.
Wow, you snuck out right before the mysterious holdup. Congrats! Meanwhile, I keep checking my modules. At least the security check is now aligned with my mood ?

Well, I hope the quality of the vehicles being built (or not built) at the factory is higher than the discussion on this thread. :)

I think @Sealevel 's car shipped before mine. I'm in the same batch 17/305 and didn't get my shipping notification until a couple days ago. Since I'm out in Cali, my delivery date isn't until July 18-24th.
I’m batch 6015 and in Cali too with the same delivery dates! Fingers crossed neither of us gets delayed further. Heck, we’re probably neighbors on the train haha.

It seems pretty likely (IMHO) that the factory is waiting for hard-to-find parts related to the HVBJB issue. It might be awhile until our cars are built. :(
I'm in batch 6133.

There are two main ways we've been doing it here.

The first is to check if you have modules activated on this website. Have your VIN ready and enter the captcha code to see your vehicle's modules.

If you don't see anything listed, your modules are not activated. If you see over 1,000 modules activated (I think people usually download the Excel document and look at the row count to tell) then it's probably fully built. The exact module count depends on what trim of vehicle you've purchased, and if you scour the forums for the exact number, be aware that it has changed a bit with time. Some people have checked the website and caught their vehicle with only a few hundred modules, which means either partial activation or partial installation. Generally, it's thought that once all modules are activated, the vehicle is fully produced and will likely move on to the shipping stage.

The other option is to call your dealership and see if they have any further insights. In theory, the dealer should have the most detailed and most accurate information. We're having cases now where the dealership is giving different information than we'd usually infer from the module website. Not sure what to make of that.

Thanks for all the info. There is a long list of modules - don't know how many (couldn't get it to load in Xcel)There was a section iin the list -maybe 10 or 12 that had a number in the left column and blank in the other 2 columns. I'm hoping that doesn't mean waiting for chips.....
Thanks again - helpful info

I wouldn't be sad about that. If that wait puts the HVBJB to bed, I'd wait another whole month. Better at the factory than at the dealership later for repairs/recalls.

Got an update on Ford chat today, last location update is a ramp in Kansas City from the 6th. Still have the same delivery estimate of June 27th - July 3rd.

Still no modules, batch 6103, 11/300... I still have hope for something this week but man, what luck, huh? Ordered early October, fine to be grouped with people who ordered months after, everything going smoothly and it seems like the plant is finally on a roll again, and just as they're about to get to us, bam - pause for two weeks. I'd still rather be here than waiting to be scheduled (or scheduled two months out - a delay like this will probably cascade to everyone scheduled after us)... feeling jealous for the people who have delivery dates within a month. At this rate it almost feels like we'll be waiting a month to even finish getting built.

I wonder what the plant workers are doing? I assume this plant doesn't just make Mach-E's, so they're probably shifted over to other vehicle lines. But when something like this happens, are they on something like paid leave? Or are they just not paid at all? That'd be pretty rough if it was the latter.

I could be wrong but I’d assume the plant keeps rolling like it does when there’s a chip hold. Push them aside and keep on producing. I think this is why the dealer system is reporting that my car is in the “trim” stage of production. I don’t think there’s been any plant idling or shutdown reported and the plant only builds Mach-E.
