Update: I called CSX tracking toll free number (18002352352) ..
It said "BNSF #****** - empty, has been pulled from customer location Richmond, CA on Sept 22 2.50AM."

Does this mean my car is unloaded in Richmond?? ?


Ford chat still says the car is still in Argentine, KS updated last updated 9/10.

If it was on that rail car then yes it has been unloaded in Richmond, CA


How did you get the railcar information originally? From Ford Chat? If so, it is odd they would provide the rail car number and then show it still in KS

Update:

So after the wonderful conversation with the UP representative yesterday, the car has finally been taken out of the depot and has arrived at the dealership. Will be picking up this evening, so just a few hours :)
Congrats!! Post pictures once you get it!

Yes I got that rail car info like two weeks back.. but as we know Ford Chat's tracking system is not up to date.. we have seen cases in this thread where the car would have already reached the dealer but still shows at Ramp 6R in Ford Chat..

Just got my complete your purchase email from Ford. Looked through the financing offers and it’s only showing the 3.9% rate and even with my x plan pin it showed the full current MSRP. Is this normal to see on the ford site? Should I expect to see different options at the dealer?
I'm seeing the same thing as you and plan to use xplan as well, if you click on the e27 link above the dealer price it says " Excludes available incentives (including AXZ-Plans Pricing for qualified customers), governmental taxes and fees, title or registration fees. All current available incentives (including AXZ-Plans Pricing), taxes and fees will be applied at purchase." So we probably won't see the discounted price until we go into the dealer.

Any response from the dealer or Ford? I've been waiting for a week for the part and dealer is saying they still have no ETA, so looking for any way to expedite. Frustrating when some have gotten the part in a day or 2.

Nope mine has been at the dealer since last Tuesday the 13th. As of yesterday, dealer still didn’t have an ETA on the part. I reached out to Ford’s customer service team who apparently has tried calling the dealer but they haven’t been able get in touch which seems weird to me, as I called and someone picked up right away. Idk what to say, just sucks.

Very true. Initially my dealership didn't even know it was in Mira Loma, they VVR was still showing Muncie, KS. When I said no it arrived the 12th in Mira Loma and provided the rail car number they were able to call the depot and confirm the vehicle did arrive in Mira Loma. So definitely reports and information all over with Ford is off. Perhaps you can contact the dealership and have them call the depot to confirm it is there since you have the rail car number.

I did the exact same thing today and had the same result. They tried the service manager and parts but dealer didn’t answer. They were going to try to help get an ETA and expedite if they could. Oh well. :(

That sucks! There is no option to order with x-plan, unfortunately the dealership has the right to decline allowing you to purchase using options. But definitely a cop out answer. They could do it if they wanted to. Bunch of punks.

This is why I don’t trust Folsom lake ford. I’m literally 10 minutes away from them and ordered from Morgan Hill instead. Friend of mine ordered an escape and Folsom wanted a non refundable $1000 deposit and to have them come in and sign paperwork. I called Morgan hill for them and $500 deposit an no need to come in. They even sent a price protection check a couple months after purchase that we weren’t even expecting.
