any idea if its OTA or Trip to Dealer ?

I believe the notice they've sent or are sending to dealers says it will be available OTA but to also be prepared that if people want to come in and have it installed, to accommodate them.

I agree. Look at the frequency of recent updates (based on first post here):
2/9 2.4.1
1/7 2.3.0
12/13 2.1.0

Sounds like they are coming around the start of each month.
3/7 maybe?

2.5.1 is a PowerUp (OTA). Dealers can install the updates as well.

Curious how you're getting those updates... Maybe in the elusive VIP club? (Not EA, I think there's some actual beta testers with an NDA?)

I would absolutely LOVE an update to the brake-by-wire system. It is FAR too touchy-grabby and has almost no travel before just grabbing friction brakes by force.

I’m not positive, but I believe that anyone who may have an NDA with Ford is obligated to keep that relationship private.

Haha yeah, I mean, I think they you can generally disclose that you're under NDA, but obviously you can't give specifics for what.
