My point was there is nothing wrong with your car based on the range displayed. It will get up to the 303 level if you drive like they do when they EPA test the vehicle. If your average is 3 mi/kWh then your GOM will only reach 270 miles. If your average is more like 3.5 mi/kWh your GOM will reach 303.

Attach an obd2 on the car and a scan will give you the battery capacity. If kWh is 88/91 you’re fine, if 66 you have an issue.

Yes! I have an Escalade that does that perfectly - it shoes 450 as a range after a fillup. It doesn't show 270/300 as a discount of more than 10%.

It sounds like you need to trade your Mach-E in for a Lyriq! I'm sure it's GOM will also be perfect.

If you want to verify the battery yourself, I recommend you get a OBDII reader and the CarScanner app. You can use that to see exactly how much battery capacity you have, and the health of your battery. And if the data shows you really do have a problem, you can provide that evidence to Ford.
