Sorry if this has been asked before but where are you chatting with Ford to get this info? The only chat I see on the Ford status site is for "SYNC, vehicle features, service and maintenance".

This is one of the slowest weeks in terms of user activity.

My car has been at Kansas for like 10 days now?! my buddy's Mach E with a build week of 2/28 is also sitting at the same ramp as mine, his though shipped a month before mine, so I guess the bottle neck is there in that area.
Agreed. I was hoping someone would say they've got good news, even if it's a "just arrived at dealer but not picked up" type message.

If you can get a Transit Company and Rail car number through Ford chat, you can track directly with the Transit Company. Order track still shows our car in Birmingham Mo, but Norfolk Southern tells me it is in Georgia.

Same rail car as me. Mine switched to UCRY 503734 at some point and had a ETA of April 29th. But I just got an email from Ford that it's been updated to between May 20 2022, and May 26, 2022. It was almost here. So weird

. Railcar # TTGX974634
(Norfolk Southern Corp )…and is now in Georgia. Haven’t heard @nythong from Ford. What Transit Company are you with?

At Ford.com…click on Customer Service and then Contact us…then there will be an option to start a CHAT. ?

Thanks. It looked like that chat was for other types of inquiries, but they were helpful. They gave me the info but there is no longer online tracking for my shipper (JCT) and ETA listed was yesterday. So, I'll just (impatiently) wait and see!

Yeah, same here. I think mine has been there for 12 as of today. Initially I thought they were just waiting for a full train before moving north to KC, but now I think there is something else going on. The governor of Texas pulled some stunt at the border where everything that got cleared through US Custom's inspection, then got sidelined while the state processed it. I think it was meant to gum up the works to make it look bad for the Feds. I think all of the car manufacturers were pretty upset about it because it affected their deliveries. But meanwhile, here we sit and wait ...

I was lucky…went to Norfolk Southern and was able to track..now in Macon GA

Mine will eventually come from the hub in Jacksonville via CSX. Is Jax the next stop?

I’ve seen vehicles sit in a Jacksonville for a day or two before loaded on a semi and I’ve seen them take 3 weeks.I assume it just depends on routes and the amount of drivers they have. I’m hopeful we’ll see them with in a week or so.

You can use the option “SYNC, vehicle features, service and maintenance", then just tell them car has been built and shipped and ask for Current location, Transit Company , Railcar number and ETA at Dealer. It works up until it gets to Kansas City. Then yiu need to contact the Transit company. Good luck
