My 2022 moved from 3.6.2 to 4.1.1 yesterday. Not in EA so things are moving along.
Yup me too - just went from 3.6.2 to 4.1.1 on my 2022 yesterday afternoon.

dammit! My car charged to 100% last night. 3.6.2 did an override of my 85% charge limit. I have zero intention of driving my car this week nor do I have the time to burn the charge by driving aimlessly. The car is not supposed to sit for days or weeks at 100%.

I don’t know why it’s OK for @Ford Motor Company to unnecessarily degrade my battery all the while I do my best to protect the pack.
Man I had my car charge to 100% 2 nights ago. Kinda pissed but I was like alright at least that probably means I got an update! Go out to the car... no dice. Ended up having to take an impromptu drive to the beach in January in NY just to burn off some electrons.

I am not in early access and got rapid fire updates this week on a 2022 delivered in July. The last time I had an update was 3.5.4 on October 20 and got 4.1.1 on Monday and 4.1.2 yesterday (Wednesday). I realized after reading a post on Monday about people forcing updates that they were told by Ford about turning on the parking break and hitting lock button on door before walking away so I tried that afternoon parking and got the update after that procedure, then 4.1.2 with the same procedure the next day, though neither time did I get a alert that an update would be installed, just a notification on my phone app that it was about 30 minutes after parking.

There are a few things I miss with the smaller tiles such as the timer on the trip meter, but I noticed that CarPlay no longer shows the actively playing media in the small tile. There is also a UI inconsistency where the designers forgot to update the tire pressure tile to the new colored circles as seen in the photo. Other changes I noticed is the HVAC screen no longer has the “E-HEAT” button and now simply says Heater. And changing Unbridled to Unbridle on drive mode is definitely a head scratcher to me, and they changed the description if you hit the “i” button.

It was yesterday.
My original post was Monday. Yours on the other hand adds nothing of value. Let’s go dig up things people said in the past that were time dependent, and tel them they are now wrong! It’s also not 2022 anymore, so all those people that said they are eligible for the tax credit are all wrong now! Let’s go reply to their posts!

You could have said “good news, as of today it IS available to people outside of EA!”. I’ve been following the same threads as you. Nobody had posted about it until after my post.

Well ya when you go back and quote things I said from several days ago. It wasn’t false at the time. Obviously at some point it would roll out to everyone else. Now it has.
It hasn’t rolled out to everyone else yet either. Plus there are EA members still of 3.5.4 who haven’t had a update pushed to them in several months.

So you turn on the parking brake in the middle console then turn off the car. Close the door and press the lock symbol on the black panel and just walk away?

Slightly different step order. To be specific I followed the steps below.

1: Turn off car with push button
2: Activate parking break
3: Open door
4: With door open push lock button on the inside of door
5: Exit car, close door, and leave

On both instances I had driven the car for about 20 minutes prior to parking. I am going to attempt to duplicate the update on a family member's car that was delivered in May 2022 and see if it also responds. I do not know what update they are on currently but about a week ago they had 3.5.4 as well.

This sounds like convoluted IT trickery. Lol its so funny how these random sequences of events do trigger things though.

I received 3.6.2 and 4.1.1 this week. I almost always receive all of the "updates" in a week instead of over time gradually. I have no idea why they are batched like that. I went to get lunch, came back, had 4.1.1.
