I'm trying to figure out how to get more information (i.e. Railcar info, etc). I'm not sure why, but I've been getting the same answer for over a week now: Are they unable to provide further information since it's on Canadian Pacific Rail? They're not even able to provide details as to whether It's left MO yet. I'm not sure what more I can ask to get further detail about this.
"We are able to confirm the order status of vehicle orders, for the VIN provided the status is shown as In Transit with an ETA of 08/02-08/08 and a vehicle location of Richards-gebaur, MO. The vehicle order status may also be located and confirmed here: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking"
I have to say, my dealer's been absolutely terrible throughout this purchase - we only bought it from them because they had already had them ordered. I get a different date from them every time I talk to my salesperson from Aug. 15, through to September 30. I will never work with this dealership again, but I digress.
