I'm trying to figure out how to get more information (i.e. Railcar info, etc). I'm not sure why, but I've been getting the same answer for over a week now: Are they unable to provide further information since it's on Canadian Pacific Rail? They're not even able to provide details as to whether It's left MO yet. I'm not sure what more I can ask to get further detail about this.

I have to say, my dealer's been absolutely terrible throughout this purchase - we only bought it from them because they had already had them ordered. I get a different date from them every time I talk to my salesperson from Aug. 15, through to September 30. I will never work with this dealership again, but I digress.

I’ve been tracking my car via the Norfolk Southern 800 number. It arrived last night at a train yard near Pittsburgh. I presume it’s switching tracks as it heads toward northern Virginia. Getting closer!

I had similar issues where chat wouldn't open, but maybe an hour later I got on. It was like a half hour wait to chat with someone

Dealer says it shows being delivered July 31st. That is a Sunday so not sure how that works. If that holds then 27 days from being built to dealer lot.

Dealer just texted me that my MME is in their lot. Two days ahead of schedule. Ordered 10.30.21 Delivered 7.29.22. So, 25 days from build date to delivery.

For those in KC right now, I was there for about a week. Then assigned to a convoy and it was dropped at the dealer the next day in the Chicago burbs. Hang in there.

Got off the phone with Ford earlier today, still in MO since the 18th . Really worried about their Aug 5th delivery date since today is the start of the July 30 - Aug 5 window they had told me in the email. Hopefully I don't regret selling my car too early.

Yeah. I've had mixed luck. Like today I was told my car went from convey to rail and was taken off rail yesterday in Missouri, but no further update this morning. Mind you I'm in Iowa, so I have to believe it's any day now. I've never had luck with for service giving me rail car numbers or convey IDs. I've had to reach out to people that worked in Ford for more of that info.

Hello, I hope you've got your Mach-E or will have it soon. I am organizing a display of electric vehicles at the Ames Iowa EcoFair. The fair will be held Saturday, October 1st from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We would like to invite any Mach-E owner to bring their car to be in the display. The display gives the people of Ames and the surrounding area the chance to see EV's owned by other Iowans.

I had a 7/6 build and my delivery window is 7/31-8/6, which sounds GREAT, EXCEPT MY CAR IS STILL IN MEXICO, AT THE PLANT! I get all the supply chain issues and the cow jumped over the moon issues, but this process has sucked from the day after I ordered the car, 12/3. The culprit is the really messed up communication.

Yeah I feel like Ford really needs to get its shit together. The communication not only with the customers, but internally is a shit-show. My dealership had no idea what the "parking assist prep kit" or w/e it's called was until I called them. If I hadn't taken those steps I'm positive I wouldn't even have had a build date assigned because that kit was holding it back in an incompatible state.
