Still no sticker this morning, but on the Ford Order Tracking status, it now says "In Production:

Your order is being manufactured at one of our factories. This can take a few days. When you have a moment, tryout the link to your Window Sticker that is now available lower on the page."

My 2021 came out to Los Angeles via "RAIL" but the '22 has Convoy listed. I wonder if that actually means they're going to transport it by truck from Kansas City to LA...
It indicates how it will leave the plant.
Rail = car will be loaded onto rail cars at the plant
Convoy = car will be loaded on to an auto transport, most likey they will be transported to another rail facility to be loaded on rail cars. Might mean these cars will take a different train route to the US.

About four weeks ago we got the VIN (low 50K number, CARt 1 RWD) and build week date from our dealer. Nothing else I try to access gives me updates. No luck on generating a window sticker yet, and I don't want to nag the dealer til next week. So, I'll give the window sticker generator another stab tomorrow and then sit on my hands til Tuesday or so.

I wouldn't be so antsy if we weren't inching towards the end of 2022 and MY2022 production.
Cuautitlan has been assembling around 1700 MME units per week since the August break. If they can sustain this average, they could produce more than 10,000 MME units by the end of the 2022MY production run. Yours will be one of them. Window sticker should be available.

I'm not absolutely sure of this.....
I believe that all MME units come by Kansas City Southern railroad from Lecheria (the rail yard near the Cuautitlan assembly plant just north of Mexico City) to Kansas City rail yards, such as BNSF-Argentine, KS, or UP-Muncie, KS. (Crossing the international border at Laredo. Lecheria is 675 miles from Laredo.) Upon reaching Kansas City area, RAIL seems to mean that the MME units are transferred to another railroad (probably UP, BNSF to west, Norfolk Southern, CX to east, maybe KCS to Canada) for transport to the destination indicated by a code on the window sticker: (https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/9-5-build-week-thread.19858/post-502930). CONVOY likely means the MME unit is loaded on a Jack Cooper Truck Transport for the rest of the journey, KC to elsewhere in US. (My MME unit is built but not shipped. It is CONVOY to CH27 with delivery ETA 10/9 to 10/15.) To my knowledge, the online windows for the end user tracking of this delivery system have become very limited. (PalsApp.com for checking on truck loads now requires membership, I think.) Ford.com chat and the dealer-accessible VVR can sometimes still provide "waypoint" and "delay" information. UP tracking may still work for western deliveries once a railcar number is known UP (800 877-5123). I suppose I'll try it for myself once I know my MME unit is shipped, but I'm trying hard to scale back my moment to moment anxiety. (The near miss with the rail strike threat was a bit much after waiting 44 weeks for my order to be built.) My dealer is disinterested, probably burned out on customer order questions.

No winder sticker for me yet either. So I reached out to my dealer. They gave me my order number, say that it's been accepted into production, and that I shouldn't worry about the lack of the window sticker. They say that system is slow to update.

I reported on page 1 of this thread that they were saying 3-5 weeks delivery in July; now they say "ideally within 2 months". Getting that old school tax credit by 12/31 could get interesting...

I don't know the value to me of the order number, other than it lets me fail to get a window sticker from here:
https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/
rather than from here, which doesn't need it:

In the 8/15 build week we had at least one that showed convoy on the window sticker and it left the plant via convoy, only to be delivered to another rail station.

https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/8-15-22-build-week-gang.19263/post-501868

definitely different, not sure why. If your able to get your dealer to send a copy of your VVR during the shipping process it could help to shed some light on the issue.

Very interesting. Some of those travel times, such as Lecheria to Laredo are just 4 days. As for the truck trips we're discussing, the linked message says the truck trip was from the assembly plant to the Lecheria railyard, trip time: 4 hours. My dealer is nowhere near as cooperative and helpful as that thread writer who's providing glimpses of the VVR. Score another point for macheforum helpers and a ding on one Ford dealer. At any rate, The nuances of RAIL vs CONVOY are illusive and wait times at transfer points can be longer than the travel time between transfer points. Although my MME unit hasn't been loaded on anything, yet, Ford is estimating 25-32 days to reach the dealer, a distance I estimate at ~3300 miles.

While looking at those VVR samples for the 8/15 build week, I see 8 listed in the update. One is still in Lecheria, 1 has been delivered to a Georgia dealer, and 6 are still in the Kansas City vicinity. Ack.

I think most of the time between shipment and delivery isn't the actual travel time, but the waiting time in various places. From what I understand its

Plant -> Wait -> Kansas City -> Wait -> near destination -> Wait -> Dealer

although I assume if you get a truck from Kansas City it might avoid the last wait step.

I agree. Some of the VVR examples in the 8/15 thread show 6-7 day between "shipped" and received at Lecheria and 3-4 days from Lecheria to Laredo. Who can guess what Ford uses when offering its delivery ETA?

Still no sticker this morning, but on the Ford Order Tracking status, it now says "In Production:

Same today I got this but window sticker still not available

Took over an abandoned/canceled order that was originally placed 12/30/21. Premium eAWD space white, onyx interior.

Already have window sticker and VIN. VVR says scheduled to day (Sept-23-2022), in production, sent to plant on 9/15/22. 50xxx VIN.

Rail, RH02 ramp code. Anyone know where that one is? I haven't been able to find it in any of the lists. I'm thinking maybe Alabama, south of Birmingham?
