The $2,500 has always been the Options incentive. Completely separate from X Plan.Does anyone know the details around the current $2600 xplan incentive? Completed a deal a couple days ago for standard ford credit finance with the incentive, dealer is now saying it’s only available if I choose ford options.
Some do ask for it some don't.I used the MCA X-Plan for my purchase. I provided the printout of the generated PIN. I had not yet received my membership card. My dealer did not ask for anything more.
I have seen the same from some dealers in the So Cal area. I had one dealer tell me that a Ford Dealership typically only makes $600 on a special ordered MME created by the customer. This is why they are denying X-plan and most are now adding an ADM to the sale price. This sucks because this wouldn't be an issue on most years where there are no parts shortages or Covid related circumstances.Question: Dealer who normally accepts A/X/Z now saying not accepting X plan for their car due to demand. This seems strange. Any insight? Keep clear of them?
What configuration adds to a 56,440 MSRP?Can someone double check my math for AZ plan? I think I've got it right but I want to make sure I'm not $1000 off because of some dumb mistake.
MSRP: 56440 (I got in before blue cruise was added)
- 2257.6 (az plan discount)
+275 + 141.1 (56440 x .0025) (admin + advertising fee)
+ 100 (doc fee)
= 54698.50 before tax
54698.50 + (54698.50 x 0.065) = 58253.90 after tax assuming no trade in
Oh I figured it out. You were including delivery fee in the MSRP. So with that adjusted the A/Z price would be $54,457.40, if I'm using the right formula. What configuration adds to a 56,440 MSRP?
I think A/Z plan for this vehicle is (MSRP + factory options + dest fee 1100) * 0.96, then add $275 to that result (and up to $75 for doc fees depending on the dealer).
If this is right then from ($56,440+$1,100) it'd be $55,513.40 with A or Z plan, plus doc fee.
