It’s not pointless at all. The dealer is willing to do this and price protect. We just didn’t sign the order at the time of reservation. The only thing they need to do is calculate the xplan price and I’m good. My car has shipped and will be at the dealer in the next week or two as it is on a transport carrier
Actually, they don't need to calculate anything. It's on the invoice from the original order.

Yes, if they had the original invoice before the price went up that would be fine but they don’t have it

Ford Mustang Mach-E A, Z, X plan discount pricing for Mach-E D0103337-9C9A-4746-8E0A-674933F15060

Here’s the original invoice for a vehicle identical to yours. However, this is not the price you will pay, since you have an active park assist rebate of $325.

So the math works out as follows:

Total original invoice price (not MSRP), minus 325, multiplied by 0.98, plus $275. Or: (57,150 -325)*0.98+275=$55,963.50.

Most likely, the deal will be presented to you differently, starting with the x-plan on the higher MSRP and 325 rebate. Then they’ll give you a price protection of $1,960 ($2,000 less 2%). You ought to end up paying the same as above, cause math, you know.

You will also get the doc fees capped at $100, a couple hundred savings.

Good luck.

Thank you very much. The thing that is weird is that the dealer is stuck on the original dealer invoice price even though I have that same exact preview order from the dealer they sent to me in an email. In my case the price is $57140. After I did the math taking off the $325, multiplying by 0.98 and adding in $275 I came up with $55953.70 plus the $100 doc fees

It all makes sense to me. I think maybe the dealer does not realize that the dealer invoice and MSRP on the Mach-E are identical numbers

I’ll propose it to them, otherwise I’m contacting the ford marketing department

No. Dealer invoice and msrp are not the same. They are $10 apart. Also, don’t add the $100 doc fee. It’s not factored in. If you follow my math, you’ll get there to the penny. I’m giving you what I paid 6 weeks ago, so 100% accurate.

Is X Plan still available on 2023s? When I go to the X Plan site I just see the 22s listed and when I go to the x plan build site it doesn’t show the Mach E

No, Ford announced they were bringing the Mach-e to parity with the Lightning and X-Plan will not be honored for 2023.

I don't know if there is any exception for 2022 vehicles that get converted, may have to check with your dealer on that unless someone else on here has already confirmed.

Ok cool. That’s what I thought, but I was hoping I was wrong.

Is it just me, or has the X-Plan pricing at https://www.fordpartner.com/partnerweb/vehicles/pricing.do been reduced?

For a 2022 Select, it shows MSRP of $43,895, X-Plan of $42,214, and Net Plan Price of $43,314.

I could have sworn when I last checked it roughly a month ago it was MSRP $43,895, X-Plan of $43,292 (MSRP - 2% + $275), and Net Plan Price of $44,392 ($1,100 Dest. Fee added).

Did the X-Plan discount just get bigger? Or am I mistaken?

is there a new grad discount for Mach E?
Looks like the Mach-E is not eligible for the CSPP. See your dealer to confirm.

Program Dates: January 4, 2022 thru January 3, 2023. New 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, EcoSport, Escape, Edge, F-150, Fusion, Maverick, Mustang I4, Mustang GT, and Ranger vehicles are eligible.

Is this by any chance based on delivery date? I placed order for 2023 so hope MachE can bring back college bonus cash and help me reduce student debt?
