I think that is sufficient. It specifies all the costs associated with buying the car, and the agreed "out the door" price. That is what everyone should get from their dealer. If you don't have that, they can say you didn't have an agreed price. In the past Ford has been willing to help customers who have signed purchase agreements, like this one, but they cannot help if there is no agreement that itemizes all the costs and provides the agreed OTD price.

You should sign it also, of course.
I’m waiting for them to negotiate with that $899 advantage program. Then I will ask for another buyers agreement and sign it.

You should be good then!

Did you try to get X-Plan? I joined the Mustang Club of America which made me eligible for X-Plan. If you join the club now, you will be eligible for X-Plan pricing by the time your car arrives. Probably. I think they require you to be a member for three months before eligibility kicks in. You just have to be eligible at the time of delivery.

Some dealers don't accept X-Plan, so it might not work in your case. If they do, it also limits fees in addition to a discount off MSRP.

I asked, they don’t accept it. They want their $699 ?
