Looks like All American Ford (Hackensack) has a Gray First Edition for sale:

I made contact with the same dealership yesterday via email......the gen. manager called me back.....I was just telling him I'm due for an ETA of next week, told him how I have to take delivery before March 15, and do the paperwork to get the state incentive.....he offered me that car to replace mine.....it is a select with AWD SR, com/appear. pkg plus a protection pkg, $2900 more that my car....told himI'd wait 'til next week (fingers crossed).....

ps. even if I did accept his offer, I don't know if that car would qualify as it's order date would not be before the Dec 15 2020 date.....am I correct with that??

Well they got the tax thing sorted, but now there is a issue with the MME, ABS system warning and steering, so much for QC at the speedway... Dealer is talking with Ford, hopefully just a reset of some sort. On hold, waiting for call..... Gezzz

well, bad news for me....just checked the Ford tracker, this morning it said ETA Feb. 17, now it says March 4.....getting too close to the March 15 deadline.......I am sure I'll get screwed and miss the date by a few days.......do I cancel and re-order when incentive program re-starts??......sometimes I say to myself that when I first ordered there wasn't an incentive program so what have I lost??.....mind games....has anyone else here in NJ had their ETA date change for the worst lately???.....misery loves company, haha......

Hopefully you still make it. Mines not due to arrive until 3/5 so I’m in the same boat. I did hear back from the program and they updated the website so it now says:
“A purchase or lease is deemed completed when the purchaser or lessee of the vehicle has executed and signed a purchase or lease contract or security agreement. For Tesla and other manufacturers without a standard purchase or lease contract, the 'accepted by customer' date or the 'order date' of the vehicle will be considered the date of purchase or lease. If the Purchase/Lease Agreement documents lists a date after 12/15/20, then we will require a Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement: Vehicle Configuration page as supplemental documentation.”
So if we do make it before 3/15 we should all feel a bit better about our chances of getting the $5k. Here’s hoping.

cancelling now or 3 weeks from now is the same. I'd wait to see how it goes. Pick a deadline you're comfortable with, and cancel after that

I agree, my concern is that if I cancel and re-order when phase 2 starts this summer, the same thing could happen again.....we placed orders in July 2020 and by Dec 2020, they shut down the incentive program....it could happen again......as of right now, I am hoping for the best, expecting the worst.....I think I may just go through with the buy any way.....big deal my son will get less in his inheritance, haha....

Any NJ Deliveries yet?

My MME completed production on 1/16, but is still sitting in Mexico. Dealer (All American Ford Paramus) doesn't really know anything.

Would really like to take delivery before March 15 to take advantage of the rebate. But it's looking less and less likely.

Anyone get their vehicle yet or get notified that it is on its way? If so, how long from leaving Mexico to NJ arrival?

From what it sounds like, East Coast Mach R's are going by train to Delaware and then trucked to where they're going.
I was planning to order through All American. How's the experience been? I believe they promised no markup, Xplan, etc.

Supposed to be week of February 22. We’ll see.

Stopped by to see a car that showed up nearby today. A customer car that they put on the floor and was open. Thoughts on this?

I would say good, not great (maybe 6 or 7 out of 10). Yes - they confirmed no markup and are accepting Xplan. However, I guess truth will be told when I actually have to fill out the purchase paperwork.

I've been communicating with the sales manager, and he usually takes a few days to respond. And usually I have to bug him more than once to respond.

I've never bought from them before and pick them mostly for location. I've dealt with Wayne Ford on Route 23 - definitely do not recommend them (very pushy), and Magarino Ford (I would highly recommend them as they were awesome, but they retired and sold the dealership a few years ago).

Thanks for the info. I'll be sure to steer clear of Wayne Ford.
