I've had my 22 premium, AWD, Extr for about 18 months and have been contemplating this same question. I really like this car. Have historically purchased fords, but don't think i will be buying another Ford vehicle, base solely on the service department of my local dealership. Their service department has severally gone down hill the last 3-4 years. I do have another local for dealer i could go to, but they didn't enroll in the EV program and don't work on EVs.

With 30k in almost 2.5yrs my premium has served the purpose it was bought for; around town, to and from our cottage. 98% home/cottage charging. Plan on running the wheels off this and have a deposit on a R2S. Hope it's ready in a few years but won't take delivery of any future EV unless it has solid state batteries. The MME is not practical in WI winters.

I've had my '21 GTPE over 2.5 years now and was curious if any other owners have any opinions on their next vehicle, will you go for a newer mach e with the latest software and slightly better efficiency, or are you thinking about looking elsewhere? At 3 years the basic warranty is done along with free trials on a lot of the tech features. I think the depreciation is greater than other similarly priced vehicles. Just curious on others opinions on this.
I have my 22 premium ER two years now and have had zero issues. The dealership did the jumper recall and gave me an ICE for 6 days and paid all the gas receipts only problem was 2 pedal driving sucks my ankle was sore after the 6 days! To answer the question YES I would buy another.

Tonight I saw an advertisement for the Kia EV9 and then I looked up the price of it. That’s a pretty expensive vehicle and the fact that you could lease one for 399 a month after putting down about 3500 not that bad of a deal.

I've got 24k on my job 1 premium awd. It's had its share of issues but overall I love the car. It's definitely lost its "wow" factors since early 2021, but if there were significant improvements I'd consider getting a new one.

One such improvement seems to be a faster 0-60 time. The only other thing I'd love would be ventilated/cool seats.

I have an extended warranty on mine, so I'm hoping that would add some value in the case of a sale or trade in.

I just bought (leased) my 23 premium AWD in February and am already looking forward to upgrading to the Rally! Hopefully they decided to add a panoramic roof option down the road.

Rally is tempting to trade in my ‘22 with 116,324 miles but I’ll wait for the panoramic roof option. I’m also curious to see how much farther this car can go.

No offense, but I wouldn't mind you waiting on that Rally and showing us how far you can get that 22 to go too. :)

Based on my preferred use case that requires a hitch rack and roof trays for bikes, I would not likely buy another Mach-E.

HOWEVER, I definitely would consider buying another Ford EV if they have one that meets my needs. I’m very interested in the Rivian R2, so if Ford offered something in such an equally beautiful package with comparable abilities, I’d stick with Ford.

I run now instead of biking, but wonder what the optimal way of traveling with a bike. Carrying them exteriorly demolishes aerodynamics on an EV. They take up a lot of room inside the car Ford Lightning?

Being a newbie to EV’s, If I ever got away from the Mustang , I’m not sure but I think I would still like to go Electric. So I was looking at all the current ones that are out there as far as looks & price, and to tell you the truth, I would lean towards Hyundai IONIQ 6! Sporty and you can go up and down the different packages and still stay in the 40s. Opinions, because being retired I’m not ready to go out and spend 80,000 or another 70,000 on the vehicle. stuff
I think the Ioniq 6 looks good. If I were to let my Mustang go, I would consider Ioniq 6, GV60, and i4.

(I spoke to one of the Rivian senior engineers at a charge station, and he is confident they will have a 600 mile truck by 2026.)

At twice the price (or more) of a 300+ mile MME.

You sound like us, after having our MachE 2 years we sold our Highlander and bought an old Bolt instead, I wfh so we have less use for 2 cars. We shuttle our boys and friends around a lot, but our city is very small so we just take 2 EVs when we need space.

My 2 boys are also very excited to get the MachE as their first car in 7 years but I am a bit concerned that it's too much car for a 17 year old boy.
There are a few options to set your mind at ease with a teen driver, plus with the Ford pass app, you have the location of the car at any time! Here's a page from the manual:

Yes but limiting top speed only, would be nice to be able to limit throttle to 50% or something. Fordpass used to show driving logs for every trip which would have also worked. "what were you doing that you got a 5% acceleration/speed score and 1.5 mi/kw efficiency?"

All I can suggest is make sure they have drivers training and plenty of lectures! I've been down that road, my youngest is 32 now.
It looks like you can set a speed limit with "MyKey". If you haven't already, create an account at Ford.com to access the manual https://www.ford.com/support/owner-manuals/.
