I'd suggest that you PM @Ford Motor Company , give them your VIN, dealership, and voice your complaint of inaction on the Dealership's part....So, Im still looking for the dealership to call me back about mine. As reported on my thread, I took RUBY in on Feb 28th (Scheduled since before Christmas) and no work was performed. Now i'm receiving calls and emails asking for me to RATE their Service...
I'm not going to rate the service that was not performed.. but i'm getting frustrated that they can not return my calls to move the corrective action forward. Meanwhile we are adding more and more miles.
I know the feeling & I have a Ford HQ case manager, I have emailed her called & was transferred 6 times and still cant get a call back or a response to my email. Also I was told by Ford she tried to call me at some random number of which was not mine. I am beginning to get the feeling Ford is saving face in these forums, and playing games with their customers. Actually @Ford Motor Company reached out to me early on into this ordeal. which gave me hope... Ford Marketing somehow got the Dealership on the phone. Actually sounded like the owner. The owner tried to say "well my computer says you had work done on these dates..." and then said, "But you didn't buy the car here.. and I cant put you in above someone who did"... I informed him that I have brought the vehicle to his shop, local since the purchase of the vehicle and that I've been waiting for this issue since December...Now i'm being told by the Marketing Program Headquarters that they are not able to help me in any way.... So RUBY is at the Dealership. Has been sitting unplugged and untouched for 5 days. I have asked and re-iterated that they still need to update all the Software/Modules and have the Glass inspected by someone who knows... I don't want anyone to remove the PANO nor Windshield if it doesnt need it.When all else fails, its time for a face to face showdown.
