Car GPS stopped working?

2021 job 1 Premium, 20k miles. I usually don't use the car's navigation - I use Android auto and my phone's GPS typically. Today while driving, I clicked on the car's navigation and noticed that it had me in the wrong city. The navigation icon on the map had a question mark over it.

I tried rebooting the sync but the problem persisted. Not sure if there's anything else I can do other than a dealer visit.

I normally use Apple Maps via CarPlay for day to day nav. Yesterday I used the Ford nav to travel for Thanksgiving because I like having the updated range and distance to destination on the IPC. I stopped at a tollway oasis to eat and charge at the free L2 charger. When I got back in the vehicle to continue the trip, the distance to the next turn was stuck at 0ft on the IPC. When I looked at the nav on the center display, it showed me still at the oasis parking lot when I was already 2 miles away from that location. Rebooted SYNC twice to get GPS to update. BlueCruise would not activate after this stop. I figured that was a failsafe if the vehicle had issues with GPS lock. About an hour later I deviated from the Ford supplied route to take a route that is typically faster. When the route recalculated, it showed my position to be in the middle of a field about a 1/4 mile off the highway I was on. I did one more reboot of the SYNC system to correct the issue. It seemed to be ok to my destination, although BlueCruise wouldn't activate. I'll post an update when I have an opportunity to drive on the highway again.

I have had the nav hang a few times, it thinks the car is not moving and the whole inteface has locked up. If I select another tile at the bottom the nav will just dissapear rather then get added to the recents as it normally would. Selecting it from the apps again will then start a fresh instance and fix the issue. I just put it down to just another bug that has been introduced at some point with an OTA update as its a recent thing that has only happened in the past few months.

It wasn't my phone's gps. It was the car's gps. The problem persisted for a day and eventually fixed itself
