Charging problems -- always going to 100% capacity

Ok dose anyone else have this issue? No matter what I do and how I set up my car to charge, it always charges to 100%. I have tried everything.I have set ut up exactly like I have been told 20 different times. But when I get up in the morning it is at 100%. I have set it up with only the car, and only my phone. I have done two full Resets in the car. I have deleted the app and charged the car with no phone linked to it. I have tried only using the phone. And it always charges to 100% when I go to bed it is set to 90% charge but nope it goes to 100%. I have reset my location many times. I gave disconnected from WiFi when changing. Help please

WiFi has nothing to do with it.

Save location in CAR. Set hours and limits.

Make sure FordPass is set to ā€˜Use Preferred Charge Settings’ and not set to ā€˜Charge when plugged in’.

I had this problem when I first received my car. In the Ford Pass app, make sure you don't have the "charge when plugged in" enabled. It will continue to charge until it reaches 100%. Enable the "preferred charge settings" instead. It is located under Charging, then "charge settings". Then when you push the charge to 90% it should not go beyond that. Hope that works. I think someone already beat me to this answer.

I had this problem when I first received my car. In the Ford Pass app, make sure you don't have the "charge when plugged in" enabled. It will continue to charge until it reaches 100%. Enable the "preferred charge settings" instead. It is located under Charging, then "charge settings". Then when you push the charge to 90% it should not go beyond that. Hope that works. I think someone already beat me to this answer.
Is the setting you’re talking about in the car or the app?

did you find out what the issue was?

I now have the same problem, after an update the charging is all fucked up. I can set the car to say 85% and apps are all locked in the same, but the car keeps charging to 100%.
useless online help desk say go to dealer, but dealer doesn’t answer the ph and online booking is a wait of 2 weeks!
