Like others I have had an issue where connectivity is missing on my car. When you click settings, connectivity, nothing shows up.
The icon at the top of the screen (two arrows and a triangle) is missing and the easiest way to see if you have an issue:
Here is what it looks like when the menu is missing:
TEMPORARY FIX- Use remote start or remote unlock. Maybe half the time this works and your menu shows up. But it goes away next time you get in the car.

Possible PERMANENT FIX-
Do the above, but when in the menu settings, turn off “share vehicle data,” then turn it back on.
I did this and the last four times the menu and icon have been there! Hopefully this helps!
UPDATE- see post 8. While it was the first time I’ve had connectivity more than once in a row, it wasn’t permanent and went away again.
