No, I haven’t had this issue. You can add my 2023.5 Mach E AWD EXT to the list. 4500km and was diagnosed with a faulty coolant diverter valve- car would not charge with this error. As the part is on back order and will take a while, has anyone had success getting ford to cover the rental gas cost?
I hear you, I’m from Montreal too. Waiting dealer to call me, he said 5 to 7 business days. I will wait until end of next week, let’s see it.Same issue here up north in Montreal. Around 600 miles on the car. Service light came on two weeks ago. Drove it no problem until dealer appointment with an available loaner. Diagnostic of a cooling leak. Two part defective. One part received same day. Second one BO and ETA. It's frustrating for a new car having issue. And it's not a cheap car price wise to. Wondering if I made a good choice having a ford.
My coolant leak was erroneously called out by the service advisor. Mine was the HVBJB failure and I was back on the road in a few days, with a loaner Edge in the meantime.Any updates on these? I just took my 21 Premium AWD SR in yesterday for a P0ADA (Service Vehicle Soon, HVBJB?) and so far they just started looking at it and found a coolant leak. I'll know more tomorrow on the true cause, just wanted to see what happened with these leaks, as it may be relevant.
on the coolant Leak. So my question is, how do you notice this was there a discolored liquid on the ground, I’m new to these electric mustangs so when I hear the word coolant I’m thinking radiator fluid greenish color. Do you get some type of an indication on the gauge dashboard?Having the same issue as well with the coolant valve replacement. I have had my 2023 Mach-E for about a month or so with 1400 miles on it. Just got my loaner yesterday as the part is on backorder until April 30th. Guessing this has to be a pretty widespread issue.
