My dealer in Québec just called me to book an appointment. Finally the missing part has arrived. Hopefully you all will get yours soon as well.

Great news, it's been a minute since you have had your call as well. Hope everything works out and they get you back in your car quickly!

Just an update on my situation, I will be getting my 3rd loaner tomorrow as I continue to wait for parts. It will be 2 months come June 5th. They still have no ETA on when the parts will be available. I have been told it will be a Mach-e for the loaner which makes me happy. Additionally, Ford has reached out to me as well about crediting me on a couple payments I have made while the car remains in the shop. That being said, with the lack of communication from the dealership and unknown about timing of parts, I can't help but wonder if I should be reaching out to Ford and asking them to just give me another car and let them deal with the one that needs to get fixed. My car was only a month old when the issue happened. Seems like a reasonable ask to me and its a lease, its no skin off their back. Anyone have any experience with that?

Ford just repaired my car today. They gave me a loaner for 2 days, another Mach-e but they repaired it in the same day. Ford service was flawless. Dealer: Ford Olivier In Longueuil, QC

Hi there, John. This part delay concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Mach-E. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end. To send a private message, just click on our username and select "Start Conversation".

Almost same issue here. Still waiting for parts since April 11. The difference is that I have a mach e since that date has a loaner. Ford company not the dealer, did not even reach out to me about any sort of compassion. They even had to audacity to send me an email asking if I'm satisfied with the car. I had car 3 weeks in the last 3 months since I took possession. Lost the blue cruise try out because it finished may 29. Still waiting. ???

Exactly, same here about Blue Cruise and any other trial subscriptions. Yea, not good about the customer service from the Dealer. Just a check-in or some sort of communication would be appreciated and expected.

My Mach-E has been at the dealer for a failed coolant control valve since April 17. I was promised to have it back by the end of May. May comes and goes and now I'm not expected to get my part until the end of June. Ford won't call me back on my escalation to try and work something out, all I get is "That sucks, too bad so sad" while I'm paying $800/mo + gas to drive a base model Edge that smells of mildew and my warranty is ticking away. I love the car, but Ford sure doesn't seem too motivated to keep these things on the road.

Hi Alex! I can look into your Mach-E's coolant leak concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Mach-E's VIN?

Just an update, I got my car back finally after 75 days. So far so good, everything is running normally, fingers crossed. What a process. I am still working with Ford on getting some credit back from the car payments made while in the shop. Additionally like stated above, it's frustrating not to get to enjoy some of the trial features like Blue Cruise, etc... as they have now all expired. Hope everyone gets their parts in soon and can enjoy their car and get back on the road!

Same here got it on June 19th after been at the dealer since April 11th. Now need to call Ford for a kind of credit or reactivation of trial options lost during that process.

Got my car back, but still haven't heard anything from Ford about my case. I feel like 62 days of waiting for a part is absolutely crazy, especially with no consideration for it. Makes me nervous about the long-term ownership when they aren't on the hook for a rental every day it's out of service.
