My car is finally nearing it's 10K mile mark, after more than 2-1/2 years. So I get nag messages. What is the cost for this?

I know that I will have the tires rotated. But it seems like many of the items on the checklist are ones that the dealership does anyway whenever service is done (inspect, yada, yada). I am still waiting on HVBJB parts, parking brake cable, and at least one or two other TSBs.

Thanks for any info.

Shxx. I paid $39.99 for tire rotation with Ford pass points in TX! I did it at 5k miles and 14 months.

I wasn't charged anything because they indicated the 10000 mi service wasn't listed in their system so they didn't know what to charge.

My Model 3 came home in 2018 and was sold in 2023. I did one servicing in these six years - A/C.

Tire rotation / alignment / seasonal swap yes but that’s just tires and wheels. The car itself needed absolutely nothing. And it drove exactly like new (minus a very faint rattle from the speaker grille due to a loose notch - could have been worse as Tesla were notorious then) until the day I sold it.

Other than wheels tires, what exactly does Ford mme need for the first 10k 20k etc? Brakes?

Just top off your washer fluid and rotate the tires lol

Maybe also inspect the cabin filter, but it should honestly still be good for another 10k miles

My first service was free and apparently it included an oil change.

The dealer I got mine from the first two years are covered and lifetime warranty on the car beyond the standard warranty for all the drivetrain parts that’s a plus.

Isn't it 10k miles or 12 months, whichever is earliest?

I think I paid $20 for the tire rotation plus some bogus $5-6 in shop fees, tax, etc.
I don't know, one reason I'm asking. But FordPass is telling me it's due now.

Nothing, the first actual service is at 150k miles to change a fluid, then another at 175k. Ford is the same as tesla, inspect stuff and rotate tires. Oh and cabin air filter.

All of my EVs have been like this, 2013 Leaf, 2020 Bolt, none have ever required more than tire stuff. The Leaf did have a leaky A/C after 7 years but I was told it was a very common issue on small Nissans.
