The frunk button is probably the biggest waste of a feature trust me.
For you. I would use it frequently.
The features you seem to be longing for are useless to me. I use Android Auto and I have never used a DCFC.

Besides the charging curve, name 1 "feature".

I’ll go out on a limb and guess the OP DC charges above 80% somewhere between “rarely and never” like most of us.

It’s fun to complain about not having things we won’t use isn’t it?

Reminds me of when my mom used to complain about not getting invited to parties she didn’t want to go to anyways. She wanted to be invited just so she could have the option of saying “no.”

At least we got Bluecruise working before Job 1's. Be thankful for that. But yes I long for the charge speed updates. I patiently waited for it on my Job 1, from May to December. It never happened. Driving off the lot in November with my Job 2, using BC for a 3.5 hour drive home, and PAAK for the last 6 months, until yesterday was awesome.

I use mine often enough to make it worth it. Once that come out then we will have finally caught up to you.

Got this today on my GT.
I cannot check it right now, because of my holiday. But at least it is something..

I'm sorry you don't travel and use an advertising spy system OS.

Again people are missing the point...this has nothing to do with features Job 1's have or don't have...this is about Job 2's having literally 1 update that only renewed BC maps.

Sure I do...Job 1's have features that Job 2's do not. Again this isn't about Job 1's.

I have a job 2 car without the charge curve update and I've been wanting it all year. I've driven Eugene to LA twice this year, once in January when the temperature was around 37 clear down to Redding. There are a couple stretches between Electify Anerica charging stations that are long and I was not getting a lot of range. So the higher than 80% charging and the faster curve would have helped. I'm still hoping I'll get the update before I make that drive again this year. That all being said, I do love that I have the ability to drive my Mach-e on the 1900 mile round trip!

I have a Job 2 car and while I'd definitely like some updates sooner rather than later, my car is still very much enjoyable and capable right now. But I get where OP is coming from to an extent.

I also get where Job 1 owners are coming from to an extent too.

But some of the Job 1 owners talking about how Job 2 owners had features for months before Job 1 owners caught up? Uh, are y'all forgetting that you guys had **cars** for months before us?

Look, I get it. Kvetching is a great pastime. I just hope we can all kvetch together. Let us unite in our complaining.

So according to the FDRS thread my car has multiple updates needed.

The bulk of those updates would be covered under 21P22.
But because my car was built in October I'm not eligible for 21P22.

So are we just effed? What is the point of updates if no one can or will do them?

I see people who have cars older than yours are still complaining your newer car came with more features.

Yet they don't understanding your note that your NEWER car has LESS features than their OLDER car.

Make it make sense @wheelsee.
