No, that is not possible. The software is what supports load balancing, and the software has been broken in that regard since January 2023.. I purchased and installed a juice box 40. It has been charging my car since December and I have never had a single issue with the app or the charger itself. Is it possible you just have a bad update on your juice box?
Ask for the original question, to charge two vehicles at once on level two are you looking for 48 A on each or 48 A total 24 A per vehicle? It would say that a dual charger unless it’s hooked up to a heavy duty subpanel would still have a 60 amp breaker which gives you 50 A maximum draw or 48 A depending on how you look at it, And if you charge both vehicles at the same time at 48 A, you’re looking at 96 A, which is far exceeding the level two charger specs and most standard circuit breakers. Just the cost of 100 amp plus circuit breaker parentheses you probably need 120 A May exceed what’s your panel is in capable of supplying.
I don't believe any charger made produces 96amps of charging split between two vehicles.
There are numerous chargers, including Teslas, that can have a pair connected to one 60amp circuit and split the 48amp charging, as needed, meaning that if one vehicle is done the other ramps up.
