I had the same experience. Drop the "shop." from the email and it should work. (That said, I too am still waiting for the start button.)

Sounds like the start button might be the common thread - my order includes the start button (I went full monty and also ordered the volume, gear selector, and light switch).

On another note, Kevin sent me the photo below this morning. My start button is on the left and another customer's on the right. He started engraving the colored ones yesterday. Tomorrow he is going to do the satin blacks and has quite a few of those to do. I also ordered a satin black "power" button. Not sure which one I will end up using.

[UPDATE]: I was surprised that the power-style button that Kevin emailed me differed from what is on his website. He thanks me for noticing that and said that he'll change them to what is shown on his website:

I received an email from Kevin of 5Spurs today regarding my start button cover order. Here's a photo of the black and bronze buttons that he'll be sending out tomorrow. (The black one is for Mark, the bronze one is for me.)

Josh, did you get an update on the status of your order? You're about 2 months ahead of me in the queue - I'm curious what the realistic lead time is right now (not including the time taken up with the start button issues).
