I have to ask, why are you calling anyone?

The thread clearly shows the dealer communication, dated March 28, 2022, which clearly states the new dates. Have the dealership read it. When they resist, ask for the Service Manager, or the General Manager. They have to do the update. Period.

I had all the updates done at the dealer 2 weeks ago and my fast charging still drops way off at 80%, to 12 kWh.

Also, the EA chargers I use don’t seem to recognize plug & charge. I authorize using FordPass.

I’ll keep trying and someday I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I have a 2121 RWD Extended Range. I have used an EA public charger just four times. And it has been the same public charger each time. The first three times the plug & charge using the FordPass worked great. The 4th time I could not get it to work and had to swipe a credit card. No idea why......... the car? the charger? the internet? who knows.
