Yes and no.isn't this just a function of wireless charging? It is an inefficient form of charging.
As someone else said on here, and I agree with. For short drives I use wireless CarPlay and only put it on the charge side if it needs it. For longer drives, I used the USB plug for CarPlay and then charge via that form.
Along with this, most of the things people complain about on this form are easily resolved but perhaps just not the way they want it to be resolved.
Some wireless chargers are more prone to cooking your phone than others.
I have quite a few wireless chargers (including magsafe) and they don't cook my phone to the point that the phone goes into overheat mode. Ford's charger does cook the phone more than others. IMHO
