I dont think it is that much. It really could have been 21.8 that was rounded up and then 21.3 that was rounded down so maybe 2-3%? Then figure in charging in AZ is slower than charging in Michigan and the variances come into play. That concerned me a little too. Also the Ford mobile charger (went from 22 miles each hour to 21). It's possible that's because of charger loss instead of vehicle mileage, but if the latter, miles/kWh could have shrunk ~5%.
The latest figure is 20 estimated range mph of charging on an ER RWD.I dont think it is that much. what model is your tesla model 3? rear wheel, AWD, or performance. how many miles are you getting on a charge? Thanks for the info I would like to hear.I'm not sure what you gain by constantly changing what you're arguing about so that you're "right" in your own eyes. You're always right, I get it. My data is irrelevant because you're right, duh.
RWD, Mid Range. 18" wheels without the aero covers. 260 EPA est.what model is your tesla model 3? rear wheel, AWD, or performance. how many miles are you getting on a charge? Thanks for the info I would like to hear.
Well, lucky for me my F150 has a 35 gallon tank so I've got 630 miles of range! Non stop, as long as I'm wearing a diaper!?Why do we only obsess about range for BEV's, because the infra and recharge time aren't there yet. Honestly, nobody buying an ICE based vehicle even talks about range. I've had a few rental cars lately and it's actually shocked me how the size of the gas tank has shrank to the point where the expected range on my most recent vehicle was 325 miles. ICE buyers just take for granted that there will be a refueling station readily available when they need it and it won't take more than 10 minutes to fill up. That and initial cost are the real barriers to BEV's, not range.
Said differently I may have once gotten 607 miles on a tank of gas in my Prius, but I've moved on. 270 miles on a MME, 110 on a Mini, 259 on a Bolt suits me just fine. I bought (or intend to buy in the case of the MME) each of those cars knowing that up front and I've not looked back once.
Hmm - I did not realize that rate of charging differs by location? I dont own a BEV so still learning. Is the difference in location based on say temp in the garage when charging with the Ford charger or something else..I dont think it is that much.
