Ford sends mass Mach-E delivery delay emails [Updated with Ford's response]

Like many my production week was moved from 12/21/20 to 1/3/21 in notification from ford. The ford tracker is saying production date 1/12/21. So, is production date in ford tracker the day it starts production or finishes or neither?

Are you sure it hasn't been produced yet? My owner page looks just like your screenshot and I know mine is produced.

I was going to say the same thing. Mine was scheduled for 1/10/2021 and nothing has changed at all but I know from My dealer and the window sticker the production date was 1/7/2021. But nothing on the vehicle tracker or my account has changed in 10 days.

What does the Tracking page show? Click on TRACKING at the top of this forum and enter your VIN.

I don't have VIN number to enter, should I have one by now? I've received almost no email notifications from ford I've been just checking the ford status page periodically.

You can get your VIN from your dealer. They’re responsible for getting it to you. Drop a note or give them a call.

If you have a reservation number, you can use that to extract the VIN by following the instructions somewhere in the labyrinth of dead threads.

My ETA End Date is blank today. Despite dozens of refreshes it has not yet changed from blank. I'm hoping the "issue" does not affect my car.
