Anyone else having a problem with getting their cars data in Fordpass app this morning? I'm charging at work and can't see my charging data. It says updated 14 hours ago. Doesn't even show the car is charging. I can't lock, unlock, or remote start the car either.

FordPass is buggy, most especially it's home page.

Try switching to the Vehicle tab to see current charging details via the bottom banner. It usually updates accurately once I've switched to the Vehicle page.

Also, the car doesn't constantly update its stats into Ford's servers. To force an update you could, for instance, issue a remote door lock via FordPass. Then wait a few minutes before attempting to refresh the view in FordPass.

The charge log in FordPass will update each time you plug or unplug the charge cord.

No I'm fully aware of the bugs. I've owned the car for almost a year. I just can't get any communication at all. Switched tabs, closed the app, turned off wifi, etc. Just wondering if it's my car or if others are experiencing this?

Ah, I misunderstood.

Mine is working fine right now. I just turned off Bluetooth and completed a remote lock.
Thanks. It must be my car. It wouldn't change drive modes this morning either. Maybe I need to do a Sync reset.

Also you can go to the Wifi Hotspot settings page to check the vehicle's AT&T signal strength. You don't need to turn on the hotspot... On that page it shows a little signal strength meter icon.

Maybe there's a temporary signal issue?

FordPass is definitely having an issue, my car won’t sync, but is charging in the garage, modem shows connectivity. Switching to the Vehicle tab, doesn’t change, pull down to refresh and it spins for 90 seconds then says “Sorry FordPass is Not Responding. Please try again later” this after I restarted my phone and app multiple times. Maybe it’s an East Coast issue, or one server and not the entire app.

EDIT: 2/9/23 update:
So I drove the car today and FordPass was working, it updated, added the charge event from the other day and seemed fine. I then used it to start the car when I left work and while it said it failed, it did indeed “start” Weird thing was that the outside temperature was stuck at 73 (it was 89, Florida in February). I did the reboot sync button hold and that cleared that issue. FordPass updated when I got home. So I’m now thinking it was possibly related to my WiFi going down and the car never “dropped” that connection and restarted the link until I moved away from home. Interested to see what happens in the next few days.

Ok, so it's not my car. Good to know (or not) others are having the issue too.

The new version of FP broke PAAK functionality on my Pixel 6. PAAK was working great until the latest update.

I had a similar issue that the charging session was not logged and the mobile app did not reflect the true SOC and miles to go, BUT my app can still remote start, open the car, lock, the car, etc.

I called FordPass support and they confirm that this is a bug and that the mobile app will be fixed by a release this coming Friday, if u r an IOS user. Supposedly this was already fixed in the Android platform.

So they say that the mobile app is the link that sends and receives data from the ME and if that is wonky or buggy then the data is not sent to Ford. Apparently the vehicle DOES NOT talk directly to Ford but via the mobile app.

I am sure some of you already know this, but just my 2 cents...

Ok, the app starting working again, after 26+ hours...
