Ugh, thanks. I'll Google all that. So annoying! It was working perfectly until 2 days ago!In the car check the connected service menu. If the menu doesn’t populate or get an error , then 12v reset or possibly just pull fuse 21/22 for a minute to reset the GWM.
The fuse is in the passenger foot well. Just pull the cover off and then the fuse. Rinse and reverse .Ugh, thanks. I'll Google all that. So annoying! It was working perfectly until 2 days ago!
I didn't want to mess with the fuse or 12v so I ended up just calling Ford and they were able to walk me thru a few things and actually fixed it. I was very happy. But I was in the same boat as you. I also deleted the app and when I reinstalled it it was all messed up.I'm having the same issue as well, let me know if the fuse hack works. I was dumb and deleted my car from Ford Pass and now it caused an app mess and won't even connect to my car. My other half who works for Ford says it could be low voltage on the 12v battery (can case a weak signal between the car and phone), so if the fuse hack doesn't work then I'll have to take it in to get that checked out.

I think there's a contact number in the app and when I called that they connected me to the Ford pass app team, who was awesome. Let me know if you still need help contacting them.

Turn car off
Open and the close door
Start car
Then it worked
I called Ford Pass, did all the steps and no luck, have to take in now for the service techs to do a hard reset on the modem.This may not beaccurate but
