Hmmm…. The actual quotes I saw from Levine and Ford both say Q1:No, @rzanzerkia, there isn't a promise of anything, and no dates have been given (unless you have a citation I haven't seen). Ford, which said BlueCruise was coming in September, then kept moving the date, has said these exact words:
“We wanted to improve the customer experience. So we pushed it back.” - Jim Farley, CEO October 2021

Many sources have said Q1 (which ends in March), but no Ford person has said that to my knowledge. Here it says "future date". https://www.ford.com/support/how-to...s/what-is-ford-bluecruise-hands-free-driving/

Mike Levine, Ford North America Product Communications Director, helped to shed some light.
“We are already delivering BlueCruise functionality in Mustang Mach-E and F-150 models leaving our plants today, and Ford customers will start receiving their BlueCruise hands-free driver assist updates over the air in the first quarter,” he said.
That doesn’t totally clarify things — especially since Ford’s CEO Jim Farley said during an investor’s conference: “We wanted to improve the customer experience. So we pushed it back to Q1.”
Not that any of this matters, because @Ford Motor Company ‘s promises re OTA ETAs were made to be broken, but they did specifically say Q1. Lest we just flush these statements down the memory hole.
And Levine’s quote of all quotes, which belongs in the Hall of Fame for bullshit marketing speak, is: “Given the importance of this technology upgrade, we’ve retimed the BlueCruise over-the-air update so we can deliver the highest-quality OTA experience possible for customers.”
Got that? When you screw up a project and have to delay the release, just “retime” it in order to give your customers “the highest-quality experience.” LOLZ.
