Thanks for announcing the update. The Android version that I downloaded did not have a Frunk Button. It did reorder the Account items. Unfortunately, it still has font problems were some of the tile titles are cut off at the bottom of the tile box. It is better than before when several titles split words.

My frunk button appeared with this update. Can it be can it really be.

Which OS are you using? iOS or Android? It did not appear when I updated my Android "techno-leash".

Do you have to have the Car Updated with Frunk Button for it to show up on the phone? Nothing on my phone as of yet.

No frunk here either. Not sure if I have the updated hardware firmware for it to kick in. Has not shown up in the car either.

Reduce the font size in your phones settings may help the display issue?

Press the emergency release button inside the frunk and see if it makes noise. If it doesn't, a frunk button in the app wouldn't do anything for you.

How is it that I'm to SYNC 3.5.3 but I have the frunk button since day one of ownership ?

Tbh I only 'popped' it once and haven't stored anything in it

I am brand new to Ford and the EV world. I was a loyal Cadillac owner for 15 years. None the less I’ve had my Mach E for just 2 weeks and have more problems with Ford Pass. Never had I had so many bugs. I’m rather disappointed in the app. Let’s hope it gets better. with that said I absolutely love the vehicle!

It actually started a month ago. But still requires some modules to be updated first.

I have the android update and it just crashes after a few seconds after opening. I have never had any issues before. I first started using it with my 2016 f150.

Until last week, FordPass blocked the frunk button for all vehicles built prior to July 6, 2021... so unless they manipulated build data via FDRS, I'm not sure how this was accomplished. ?
