I get both. One in the ipc and one in the app. I did have my coax cable replaced and it has been solid since
Do you mind editing your first post with the Coax part number etc to make it easier for us to track down what we need to tell the dealer? Thanks!

I would love to except I dont have the part number. I believe someone else posted the part number in this thread somewhere. Also, It will take a couple of trips to the dealer. Best thing to do is call the ford hotline and open a case and see if they can have your dealer do it. I went to the dealer and they said they didnt find any errors and couldnt replicate it. The hotline called the dealer and told them to replace the part and its been solid since.

Ok, yeah i'm trying to track down the part number. My dealer is pretty good about just listening to me, so my plan is just to provide the part number to them first.

Good Luck! Wish I could help but I never received paperwork at the end of my visit since I never initiated the dealer visit.

Going through this process currently and have had the same progression of "fixes" as others. Issue first arose in November of '22, dropped the MME off the week of Thanksgiving and the dealer had the car ready the next day (software fix). Less than a week later, the error started up intermittently, got the MME back to the dealer last week where they replaced the IPMA module. On my way home (less than 25 minutes) the error started again. Car was dropped off at the dealer again last night. I spoke with the service advisor and he said that they checked the coaxial cable and they don't believe that to be the issue. If the issue persists after their next "fix" I'll press them to replace that.

My car's delivery date was Feb 21st, 2021 and Maryland's Lemon Law has a limit of 2 years, so I took the precaution of mailing Ford and the MD AG Consumer Protection Office documentation of the issues should I need to go the buyback route. Also reached out to Ford on this forum. Love the car, it's just unfortunate that these first model year issues always rear their ugly head.

Personally, I would be cautious about pushing any particular "fix". I realize a couple folks in this thread indicate the cable fixed the problem, but other folks had other "fixes" that worked as well. Push instead for the Ford BEV customer team to open a case for you (contacting the Ford rep on this forum like you have is the first step). They will deal directly with the dealer for whatever fix you happens to need.

True, but it makes a lot of sense to me for two reason:
1) I can reliably cause the problem by hitting (not hard) the upper console.
2) I, like many others, had the headliner taken down due to a previous recall, so it makes some sense that process could have damaged the cable which is apparently very sensitive.

I am thinking the root errors are bad cables or connectors on either end of the first section of coax either from factory, or POSSIBLY from windshield replacement trauma.

about a month ago, I popped off the black plastic cover above the rear-view mirror, and I just rotated the cable a little and pushed in to make sure the connector was fully snapped in. I have not had an error since, so I',m thinking I might clear the DTC codes and consider it 'ok for now'.

I drove my car in substantial rain this morning. No issues Other than normal car play or profile problems

got back in late this morning and received - “pre collision assist not available “. No camera fault. Shutting off the the car alerts or car assist items does not help.

the beeping is constant and will not stop . Driving me crazy .

I am 1200 miles from home and will try bringing car into a local dealership tomorrow.

car is drivable but if beeping doesn’t stop I will need to get noise cancelling headphones or enter a sanatorium

Get a micro cloth and clean the front camera? Below the tip of the hood. Window washer fluid is also suppose to spray on it when you clean your windows.

Do you have any special instructions for removing the black plastic cover? How is it attached? Anything I need to be careful of when removing it?

Brought my car into Grieco Ford in Delray for the “pre collision assist not available” alert.

I did not have an appointment and was there at 6:30 am. They open at 7

they tried cleaning the window, didn’t help. Maybe clearing some codes will help.

they are keeping the car and surprisingly gave me a loaner. I am grateful for that.

they said there was an open recall on the HVAC system but I thought that was handled OTA, 3.6.1?

anyway they have the car, should I be calling BEV team anyway?
