From your descriptions, it doesn't sound like the same complaint that the rest of the folks are describing in this thread. Since it's already at the service department, then I'm not sure I would open a BEV case, but it's of course your choice.Brought my car into Grieco Ford in Delray for the “pre collision assist not available” alert.
I did not have an appointment and was there at 6:30 am. They open at 7
they tried cleaning the window, didn’t help. Maybe clearing some codes will help.
they are keeping the car and surprisingly gave me a loaner. I am grateful for that.
they said there was an open recall on the HVAC system but I thought that was handled OTA, 3.6.1?
anyway they have the car, should I be calling BEV team anyway?
