You have to keep it in perspective. Globally over 70,000 MMEs have been sold. If there's 10 people here that we know of with issues that's a fraction of a fraction of a percent. Obviously there's people who don't participate in the forum, but even if we took 10 of the 8kish members we are still talking about very very few.
Dang, 70k still seems kinda small, guess that’s why I still rarely see other ones around here. But yes, that’s a very good perspective.

This may be true, yet it’s of zero consolation to those having chronic and/or serious issues.

My comment wasn't to the OP or anyone who has the issue it was to someone who hasn't had issues.

This forum is full of people who constantly blow things out of proportion and attempt to instill fear into everyone. I never do that and try to bring rationality and perspective to the table.

So I looked through all your vehicle history and man you have a lot going on. The trouble codes are similar to those caused by some of the other members here who have cold climate issues, but there's a lot of codes that I've never seen on any other cars before, including the cold climate issue.

They did replace the BECM and the Junction Box, just like Dhruval mentioned, which I'm guessing Ford told them to do. Based on the records the dealership has put a lot of time into it and ran a lot of tests, I don't think they're not trying but I'm not very optimistic about your outcome here.

Please keep us informed on what happens.
You can see what a dealership has done to a car and how much time they logged for it all through the VIN?

And here I thought you could only see the software version for various modules on the car through the VIN, not service logs. What is this system called?

So, it's FDRS in the vehicle history. It's a bit cryptic, but FDRS is used to diagnose errors as well, not just perform updates. When we do anything in FDRS to the car or perform a diagnostic check it's recorded with time stamps, so I can see every time a technician used the software to actively perform a task on the vehicle. Likewise, when I update the modules in my vehicle, anyone who runs my VIN, including the dealership or another member here, can see how long I spent performing the update and which updates I performed.

Additionally, technicians will run a system test and then run the DTCs against the known issues and often times pull up the manuals on how to perform further actions. The DTCs that they looked up are recorded. The car could have 20 DTCs but I could only see those that they focused on.

All of this information gives insight into what the dealership is doing. It's not 100% guaranteed that they did it, but when you see them look up "How to replace and reprogram a BECM," followed by "BECM re-programing completed" then you can assume they did just that.

There's a couple people here who have a dealership license, they can get even more insight than I can.

DevSecOps, you make me nervous. I spent a fair amount of time figuring out how to use FDRS, which included several actions that made the system think I replaced modules (which I didn't, but the software made it sound like backing out was bad/could brick the module). I assumed all of this was being logged, but confirming it just adds to the jitters. =) Then again, it does make me curious how much stuff I do not see in FDRS using an aftermarket login vs dealer (yeah, I know the PATS module is off limits w/o the dealer or locksmith creds).

Do you keep it on the charger mostly or only when needed? What's your charging setup? Do you have any issues with brown/black outs or recently have a power outage when the vehicle was plugged in?
I used to live in Boca Raton, Florida and we called Florida Power & Light by the nickname Florida Flicker & Flash. Almost every afternoon the power would flicker in and out for a few seconds. Not sure if this could be the problem.

First year production was around 64,000 with 27,000 sold in the US.

I don’t think that would be causing my problems. But I generally only charge a few times a week to 80-85%. Friday or Saturday I might get to 100. Drain it down to around 20%. Two cars two totally different sets of problems.
IIRC from other posts on the forum; the mache stops maintaining the 12V battery of the cars when the SoC of the HVB drops below 40%. You may have had a 12V failure that caused module failures with a low voltage condition. (Thus the additional non/normal codes for LVB failure)

It seems like it really is best to stay plugged in whenever not driving.

I stay plugged in whenever parked in my garage, set to charge to 90% at all times. I live in the Midwest and my garage has seen temps as low as 25F. I haven't had any power related issues yet. 14000 miles.
HUMMMM I am going to need to check, I was told not to keep it plugged in.

Who told you that????? Rule #1 of EVs. ABC; always be charging. Keep the car plugged in and limit state of charge. Li battery tech is happiest between 40-80%. (Which is really like 30-90% for the Mach e with battery buffers).
