I had some similar issues that may or may not be related. But here is how I got everything working again.

I deleted all the schedules and locations from Sync on the the car (and FordPass just to be sure). Then I plugged in the Ford mobile charger into the 120v outlet and to the car. It started charging immediately. I let it charge for about 5 minutes and then I stopped the charge and unplugged. After that I setup my schedule again because then Sync had the location data again. I plugged the ChargePoint in again to the car and when it came time to charge it worked.

Look at the top center and make sure it has the picture you choose for you. You maybe trying to use other settings.

Verify the ChargePoint Home Flex is set to the correct amp per the circuit you had installed. Since you are able to unplug it......you must not be using the 48 amp setting.

If that checks out then make sure your charge schedule is allowing charging at that current time.

If that is good, delete your location profile and then plug it in. When that works, then let it finish charging to your desired level and then re-load that charge location into SYNC.

Hope this works.

In spite of all your points being followed, no luck. Hoping to hear from service rep today. Meanwhile, I’m doing my first public charge at a ChargePoint ac by a grocery store.

Ah, that’s right. I remember now. I just posted a reply to you in the other forum. Also curious, assuming you tried to plug the Ford Mobile Charger into your 240V outlet and it didn’t work, right?

Just tried everything again today. No luck at home with HomeFlex. Also unwrapped and tried the mobile charger in my home 240 outlet after unplugging the HomeFlex— amber light indicating not successful, even before plugging into car.
Success at free ChargePoint station at local grocery store, and currently charging at a ChargePoint DC fast charging station. both work well.

Bummer. Was pretty certain that would do the trick. :(

Possibly turn off/on the breaker again?

And check that all of the pigtails are securely inserted into the mobile charger. IF you still get fault lights, I'd bring the electrician back out and check the outlet / breaker.

Again- it all worked seamlessly, perfectly on the first day (10 days ago). I would think the ChargePoint would signal a problem if there were anything wrong with the line.

With any other EV that I have had, I would say pull the negative 12V terminal and try a "cold boot". I, and many others, carried a 10mm socket wrench always incase of an odd problem on the road, where a cold boot often solved it on the spot. But, with all the problems from MME flat LVB, I am still worried that all systems might not come back normally? hmm, still I might be tempted to try it, if I get this L2 no charge situation (mine is okay so far, also chargepoint flex).

Do you have any nearby EV / PHEVs who could come by and try to charge on your chargepoint flex?

That's probably because you didn't push the pigtail 240v cable all the way into the mobile charger.
You were right. The mobile control box comes packaged with its wall mount attached, preventing full insertion. Today, with that wall mount removed, I got both the 120v. connector attached (and that charges ok), and the 240v connector also gave me the good solid blue light, but the car wouldn't charge with that (commonly recognized issue across the forum), same as the failure to work with my ChargePoint that worked fine 10 days earlier.
